Birdsong Villa unit 2 is located in a complex with 3 other units. Villa is completely furnished with everything you need. Well equiped kitchen. Deck has a table that seats 4-6 people, extra chairs in master closet if needed., as well as 2 rocking chairs. Gas grill for cooking.
Living area with Kitchen and Laundry are upstairs with both bedrooms and the full bath downstairs. From the master bedroom, you can exit the sliding glass doors and sit on the porch on ground level. Very clean, new King bed in the master bedroom. This unit has high-speed internet and wifi via Google Wifi mesh network blanketing the unit so you have excellent and complete wifi coverage throughout the rental, whether upstairs or downstairs. BRING YOUR OWN ROKU/AMAZON FIRE STICK/APPLE TV/CHROMECAST/OTHER STREAMING DEVICE(S) for additional content for your cable/television entertainment. Beauty at Lake Chatuge

Peaceful, serene surroundings with a wide variety of birdsong and sounds of nature. The fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living area, and comfortable bedroom all contributed to an excellent experience. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect location for our family vacay!

Glenda is the most amazing hostess! The property was clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and in a great location. Lake Chatuge and Hayesville are beautiful and offer lots to do for everybody. Great WiFi, gorgeous views of the lake, and easy check-in and checkout. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Cute townhouse right on the lake

Wonderful little townhouse close to right in the middle of the Hayesville/Hiawassee area. Great place to stay if you plan on going to the lake or nearby casino. Rooms were clean and stocked with everything you would find in your average hotel room

A stay for rock hunt

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the holiday. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed for Thanksgiving dinner including serving dishes and serving utensils. Property was exactly as described and very clean. Easily accommodated 4 adults. Glenda was very helpful answering any questions.

We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and needed a kitchen to prepare side dishes for our family get to together in Murphy. The condo was well appointed, just like being at home. Most peaceful, quiet place. we all slept like babies!!! Great place!!

The property was like the picture but in real life you could barely see the lake. The dock was very unstable and we didnt use it not even walked on it.

Glad you found the property as described and enjoyed our beautiful local scenery. Agree on the dock being unstable as it is a floating dock to accommodate the rise and fall of the water levels. The level is lowered at present by the TVA for fall and winter months. This does cause the walkway to have more movement which is why there are rails on both sides. Fortunately our dock still allows lake access when lowered where many do not. Safe travels as you continue toward home
