30 DAY MIN REQUIRED...Lovely furnished mid century modern home nestled in Barton Hills. Built in 1963 by AD Stenger, a man with a vision and way ahead of his times, the famous A-Frame house. Big open layout when you enter. The fireplace is the central focus. Kitchen just off the great room. Vaulted A Frame ceiling that you would expect with the original cedar shake ceiling. Skylights, huge window expanse front and rear. Large deck off back alongside a bubbling spring creek and raging when it downpours. Walk outside with your towel and be at the rear entrance to Austin's Barton Springs pool in about 3 minutes. Or stroll down the trail to Zilker Park while taking in Barton Creek downstream from Barton Springs. GREAT LOCATION FOR ACL FESTIVAL AND F1 COTA RACE!

Its the most fantastic home. The biggest compliment my dad ever gave me was when he walked into my house and said, "This is a house!" Its like a Swiss Chalet inside. Im so fortunate to have bought it. Everybody is in awe when staying here.
