Recovery
Rented this condo for 2 months while my husband recovered and needed to be near Sutter Memorial. We felt very secure and comfortable there, easy walk to downtown restaurants and shopping, Trudy was great and so responsive to anything we called about. It was the winter months so didn't get to use the outdoor facilities but they were kept up very nicely and the Crocker Art Museum is right across the street. Thank you again Trudy!

I bought and remodeled this property so that when my husband and I have had enough of taking care of our home in the suburbs, we can look forward to convenient, more compact downtown living, in a safe, friendly condo community. We'll take walks along the river, dine at lively Old Town eateries, and attend events at the Golden One Center. In the meantime, short term visitors will appreciate these very same advantages!
