I was very happy. They thought of everything, even a blender, which made making my smoothies much easier. I will definitely consider staying there again when I come back to Sacramento.
The space had a bunch of beds and spots to sleep. The kitchen and such was well stocked, we liked the bathroom as well, with both a bath and shower. The host was prompt with information and communications. The A/C was good overall, though it is winter as of writing. Good convenient space in Sacramento.
Very Nice space with a good location. everything was stocked and clean on arrival. Very safe parking.Central Location. Very close to public transit and grocery.***Massively unresponsive host! No recognition of us checking in and/or out.***
Such a charming space, well laid out, with everything we needed. We rented for 3 weeks while my daughter attended a class in Sacramento. I was worried about the summer heat on an upper floor unit, but the AC worked well and kept us comfortable. It's really a great space that felt open and spacious, while being cozy at the same time. I had never spent time in Sacramento and found it very walkable from this location. I would rent this space again.
I really enjoyed my stay at this home. It was equipped with the basic necessities which I appreciated. The beds were very comfortable. Will stay again.
Loved the location and setup, Michael the owner is extremely helpful and communicative. Lots of parking options and utilities inside were perfect. Walkable everywhere in midtown

Wow! Three blocks to my daughter’s house in the midtown area - the place was inviting as well asEquipped and comfortable. There for her wedding the proximity alone was amazing but the layout and comfort ? We loved it. Everything was accessible and easy to manage fromThis ideal location. WillDefinitely book it again and again - from the most quiet shower toThe most comfy and cozy of beds ! Hands down topOfMy list in Sacramento !
Adorable craftsman apartment with a great layout. We loved how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit — it worked perfectly for our group, especially with a 22-month-old and a few snorers. The AC worked without any issues, which we were especially thankful for with 102-degree weather. There’s a Keurig coffee maker available, but we opted to buy a pour-over from the nearby Co-op (about a 15-minute walk). Street parking has time limits, so we really appreciated having access to the gated parking space behind the house. You can hear the train crossing bells at night, which I personally found soothing. The only suggestion we’d make is to consider adding a gate or barrier at the stairway for families with small children.Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it!
This loft/apartment is a lovely vacation rental. We didn't use much of the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked for most cooking and dining needs. EXTREMELY clean- probably one of the best I've ever experienced in a rental. The neighborhood seemed clean and safe. The TV was difficult to figure out (no instructions available in the rental and didn't want to bother owner about it, but it also wasn't a huge deal to us) to the point that we could not use it our second night. Both mattresses are extremely comfortable. Be aware- the front/smaller bedroom gets a lot of traffic noise as the transom window faces a busy street. Had to use a loud white noise maker I travel with to help drown it out, but could still hear motorcycles/loud bass at times. And there is no fan for the guest bedroom, which would be a nice addition. The air conditioning seemed to function well. Was also nice to have two secure, tandem parking spaces as the parking in the neighborhood is difficult to find, and most streets require permits outside of a strict window of time. Definitely a well appointed, extremely clean, well stocked and wonderfully-located rental for many of Sacramento's sights and points of interest. Highly recommend!
