The location of the house:
Our inn with a swimming pool is located in the recreation area of Siófok. It is 200 m away from Lake Balaton and the beach, 1000 m from the center. There is a grocery store (400 m away) and a restaurant (150 m away) nearby.
The description of the house
The guest apartment has everything that is necessary for rest. You can park your car or motorbike in the closed yard.
The floor area of the house is 170 square meters and it is rentable for one week periods from May to the end of September. It is ideal for a maximum of 10 people, but we can also accommodate more people with extra beds.
The house has two floors, you can only rent the first floor. There are 5 rooms on this floor.
All rooms have their own bathroom and up to 4 rooms have a terrace. The facility also includes an LCD TV with USB. This device allows you to watch your favorite movie or listen to your favorite music with your own data carrier. All rooms have an air conditioner.
On this floor there is a modern equipped kitchen with dining room and TV.
There is wifi throughout the house, which can only be used by guests.
In the garden, guests can enjoy a heated pool measuring 6x4 meters. Next to the swimming pool, garden furniture and sunbeds ensure maximum relaxation.
This apartment is great for people who want to relax, for families, couples, friends.
On the ground floor, in a separate apartment, lives the owner, who will be happy to help everyone and will not disturb you during your vacation.

Wow!! What a great holiday home

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander holiday house. The house is more beautiful even from the pictures, probably one of 5he best we ever stayed in. Everything was super good. The rooms, the pool, the cleaning (spotless clean), the service and above of all the host with their great treats 😁😁 We are really lucky to stay at this wonderful home. Everything was in walking distance. We already planning on coming next summer again. Thank you Annamarie and Alexander family for everything 🙏🙏 See you next year

Wohnung sehr geräumig und sauber. Viele große Zimmer und Bäder. Zentrale Lage trotzdem sehr ruhig. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Eigentümer, sprechen deutsch und englisch. Schöner Pool. Leider nur in einem Zimmer deutsche Fernsehsender und im Garten wenig Platz für die Kinder zum spielen und zum parken.

Everyone was very friendly, the pool was a fine needed refreshment and the property overall was super clean and nice. We were 7 people and had plenty of space. Siofok is a nice town if you want to relax and party a few times. 10/10, would recommend!

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren 2 Familien. Es ist ein tolles Ferienhaus. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein extra Bad hat. Bei insgesamt 6 Personen kam es hier nie zu Wartezeiten. Sehr nette Gastgeber und Schwiegereltern. Der Pool im Garten ist sehr schön und hat unseren Kindern sehr gefallen. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist top. Sie ist im ruhigeren Teil von Siofok und dennoch sind es nur weniger Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum. Es fehlt in der Ferienwohnung nur ein Backofen und ein Wohnzimmer. Wir haben dann das Esszimmer als Wohnbereich bei schlechtem Wetter genutzt. Das ging auch.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und genau wie dargestellt. Die Vermieter war sehr nett und stets besorgt, dass es uns gut geht. Das Einziges was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Toaster aber wir wussten uns zu helfen.

Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben.Es lies sich zu Fuß alles gut erreichen sei es einkauf im Spar oder drogerie bzw shoppingmeile.Klimanutzung ist kostenlos Handtücher und Bettwäsche ist vorhanden.Wir fahren auf jedenfall nochmal hin und buchen diese unterkunft...

Gute Lage . Alles wie beschrieben

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen. Sie sprechen ausreichend deutsch um sich gut zu verständigen. Auch fragen vorab wurden beantwortet. Wir konnten unsere PKW auf der eingezäunten Auffahrt parken (drei PKW hätten dort Platz). Die Zimmer sind wie beschrieben, die Klimaanlagen sind effektiv. Die Waschmaschine durften wir mit benutzen. Uns wurde ein Babybett und Hochstuhl bereit gestellt. Es war sauber und adäquat eingerechnet. Im Hof gibt es den Pool und einen großen Essbereich mit Kohlegrill. Der Zustand ist einwandfrei und sauber. Zwei mal in der Woche wurde der Pool gereinigt. Der Außenbereich wurde von den Vermieter häufiger gewischt. Trotz das diese im EG wohnen, hat man unsere Privatsphäre nicht gestört. Unten waren die Jalousien immer geschlossen. Ein kostenloser Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar (ca 5 Minuten). Die Promenade ist ca 15 Minuten Fußweg.

Wunderbarer Urlaub mit Feunden

Wir haben den Urlaub in der Ferienwohung sehr genossen, die Wohung ist Ideal um mit Freunden / Familie einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie im Insereat beschrieben, wir hatten einen tolle Zeit am Pool. Lage der Wohnug ist perfekt, alles ist super zu Fuß erreichbar, sei es der Stand oder die Partymeile dennoch ist es in der Umgebung ruhig und erholsam. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Einfach toll

Kurze Zusammenfassung zu Beginn. Es war bisher die beste Unterkunft die wir im Urlaub hatten. Und jetzt ausführlicher. Alles ist sauber und modern. Gerade die Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer sind im Sommer in Siófok gold wert. Alle Bäder sind modern eingerichtet, sauber und nichts ist kaputt. In den Zimmern gibt es einen Fernseher mit kostenlosem Netflix Zugang. Für die Kinder war das Abends ein Highlight. Der Ausenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool richtig schön. Gerade er hatte es unseren größeren Kindern angetan. Und ehrlich gesagt würde ich im Sommer in Siófok niemals wieder ohne Pool meinen Urlaub verbringen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und Verständnisvoll, auch wenn unsere Kinder mal Blödsinn im Pool gemacht haben war bei Ihnen das Verständnis für die Kinder da. Manchmal sogar mehr als bei uns Eltern. 😂 Probleme und Wünsche wurden sofort gelöst. Ansonsten merkt man von den Vermietern absolut nichts. Einen Tipp würde ich gerne noch geben. Nehmt euch Badeschuhe mit. Wenn man mal Barfuß die Treppe hoch muss ist das kein Spaß. Die heizt sich durch die Sone wirklich stark auf, sodass gerade bei kleineren Kindern da vebrennungen auftreten könnten. Für uns war es ein wirklich toller Urlaub und wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Familie Kiss bedanken. Es war toll bei euch.

Die Vermieter sind einfach Spitze nur die Agentur ist was die Zahlungsmöglichkeiten betrifft sehr schwerfällig, da Sie nur Kreditkartenzahlung zulassen, was Schwierigkeiten mit sich bringt wen die Verfügbarkeit( 2500;-€,was in der regel ausreicht) übersteigt, da die Gesamtsumme nicht gesplittet werden kann .

Toller Urlaub mit Freunden

Toll, um mit Freunden zusammen einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Pool mit Sitzecke und Grill sind ideal. Nicht weit zum Strand und zur Partyzone. Trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit freudlichen und aufmerksamen Vermietern, welche immer da waren, als man sie brauchte, jedoch nicht störten. Das Haus und der Poolbereich sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Restaurant nebenan ist auch nur zu empfehlen. Zur Lage: Das Haus liegt ziemlich genau in der Mitte zwischen Stadtzentrum und Strandbad, was kurze Wege zu beiden Locations mit sich bringt. Wir waren zu acht und allesamt sehr zufrieden. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Sehr tolles Haus, gepflegter Pool, freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieter im Haus, welche man aber nicht als störend empfindet. Nebenan im Restaurant Calvados dreimal göttlich gespeist. Absolut empfehlenswert !!!!! DANKE FÜR EINE SCHÖNE WOCHE !!!! Wir waren 11 Personen und ALLE mehr als zufrieden.
