The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
We ask that you please: 1) load and run the dishwasher; 2) bring all used towels downstairs to the laundry room; 3) leave all used beds unmade; and 4) leave the beach tags on the hook in the foyer.
Don’t forget to grab your phone chargers from there bedrooms, toiletries from the bathrooms, towels and bathing suits from out back, and food from the cabinets/fridge.

Comfortable, clean and well appointed house in the ideal location - easy walk to beach, shopping, great restaurants. We had a fabulous week relaxing in the sunshine!

Great location!

Our family of 5 adults and small dog had a lovely stay. It was nice to be close to cvs, Wawa, Aversa’s Bakery, and Hot Bagel. The walk to the beach or bay side is 5 minutes. Having a garage and beach tags was a huge plus. The hosts were there if we had a question. Margate is a great beach!

Rental process very easy. Great location - house well stocked- really a pleasure. You can just bring your clothes and toothbrush! Dana was nice enough to let me stay late on my last day because of a flight change by the airline

Perfect Shore Condo

This 3 bedroom condo (townhouse) was just the perfect size and a terrific location for my family. Plenty of accoutrements to boot as well. The lone (and very small issue) we had was immediately responded to and addressed. Will look to this property / manager to stay again!
