This is a recently remodeled unit! Ocean Ritz is a low-density Gulf-front development with just 63 condos and only three units per floor which makes for a lot of peace and quiet with no waiting for the elevators. It is tastefully decorated and offers a unique floor plan.

The views are amazing from the Living Room. The 2 Gulf-Front Master Bedroom Suites open onto an incredible huge 12' x 40' Gulf Front Balcony, one of the biggest on the beach!

Interior features include brand new stainless steel appliances and remodeled second master bathroom. Every room has its own TV with sling subscription. Enjoy your favourite shows or sporting events on the HD smart TV.

Plank tile flooring throughout the unit. Other features include crown molding, granite kitchen counters in a fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast bar that opens to the Living room area.

The other 2 bedrooms are spacious with a queen and twin beds in each of them. A memory foam mattress sofa sleeper in the living room add additional beds. Easily, sleeps 12 people comfortably!

There is something for everyone in Panama City Beach. Relax on the beautiful white sand beach or go for a stroll along the beach. The condo is close to all major attractions such as Gulf World Marine Park, Shell Island Dolphin tours, Shipwreck Island Waterpark for the kids, Pier 1 park for shopping, restaurants.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this Condo and be present for the entire rental period. All guests must provide government-issued photo ID's upon request. Very clean unit and family-friendly building. NOT suitable for parties, no spring breakers, beach week, high school, or college graduations!!!

Everything about my condo was AWESOME, plenty of space everywhere, (each room and very spacious balcony) enough room for about 12 people but I only had 7 with plenty of room to spare. I was on the 17th floor, AWESOME VIEWS OCEANFRONT. 4BD & 4BA, elevator worked great, fast and quick, parking was a little tight, someone was in my spot a couple times so you have to make sure you keep your parking pass visible in your vehicle because you have to park in a different spot. And they are limited with handicap parking, they need a few more spots for handicap parking.Overall great stay for me and my family. I will stay again very soon and HIGHLY recommend this condo for family/friends about 8-10 people. I give it a 10 out of 10, can't wait to come back. J.JONES

Family vacation

Everything was great and as expected. Elevators was slow but that’s to be expected. We had a wonderful time and condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Will stay again.

This property was very easy to find. It was very clean, cool, and comfortable for 10 adults. It has a great view of the Ocean for everyone who did not want to go swimming. The kitchen and dining area was well equipped for our meals when we did not go out to eat. I had great communication with the Host and my adult children didn't have a problem with the parking across the street. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay and enjoy the ocean at Pcb, FL.

Biggest complaint would be the parking. Families should know up front that there is only one parking spot on-site. First bedroom on the left could use some cleaning and updating along with the bathroom. Out of 4 bathrooms only one hairdryer worked. The balcony was very nice with plenty of seating and we appreciated that. Thank you

Great Family Vacation

The condo served as the perfect location for our family vacation consisting of 12 people. We had plenty of sleeping room and the balcony was huge with plenty of seating. We would definitely stay here again!

This place ROCKS! Absolutely loved it!

Property is great-just as explained in listing. We had some minor issues with T.V.'s and thermostat/hot water heater questions but the owner was patient, fast responding and overall wonderful hosts. We would definitely choose this spot again for a family vacation... !!! Owner absolutely deserves 5 star rating!!

Wonderful in every way

The condo was even better than the pictures. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the balcony was amazing. Very large and perfect if you have a few people! The interior was also decorated nicely. I can't think of one thing that was not amazing. Thank you for the great stay!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Although this was a busy Labor Day Weekend, it felt like we had a little slice of heaven. Close to restaurants, bars, golf courses, and right on the beach, this property is perfect for families and friends alike. Very gracious and responsive host. Thanks for your hospitality!

Drapes were partially torn down from rods, stove top was completely broken, flames shot out of bathroom outlet when curling iron was plugged in, air return in dinning room right beside our table was filthy and unit was touted as “newly renovated “!!!!! We were extremely disappointed and unit owner didn’t seem to care at all
