Tynar Vacations proudly presents Happy Island Retreat, a high-end luxury five-bedroom (two masters), four-bath home with a private heated saltwater lap pool and a spa/hot tub in beautiful New Smyrna Beach. Home is less than 2 mins walk to the soft white sandy beach - considered one of the best in Florida for families.

The main floor has two bedrooms. Master 1 with an attached bath, has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 is small/cozy with a queen bed.

The second floor has three bedrooms. Master 2- Main (bedroom 3) has a King bed with an attached bath fit for a queen and king. Go through the sliding doors and feel the cool ocean breeze and a peek-a-boo view in two directions.

Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Bedroom 5 has two queen beds. NOTE: Access to bedroom 5 is via the bedroom 4 or the side balcony. Both bedrooms 4 and 5 have doors that can be closed/locked for privacy. Please be aware of this layout before booking or ask if you have any questions.

Enjoy the heated saltwater pool and spa/hot tub. Extremely appealing to people with sensitive skin. The daily rate includes heat for the spa/hot tub. Additional fee to heat pool (Max 82 degrees).

Several couples or large families can quickly settle in and enjoy fun times together while still finding some alone space. Keeping everyone fed is a pleasure in the open-design kitchen with granite countertops and top-quality stainless-steel appliances. Commercial grade stand-alone Ice maker makes quick ice for your cool drinks. In addition, the kitchen cabinets are fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and other necessities. Just pick up some groceries on the way, and you're ready to start your vacation fun!

With a washer and dryer ready in your beach home, you can keep on top of the laundry. Spend many peaceful mornings or evenings on the lower back porch overlooking the pool or grand upper back and front balconies. Watch incredible sunrises over the Atlantic and feel refreshing coastal breezes.

House Rules/ Information to Guests

To finalize the booking, you must verify your identity.

Check-out time: 10 am
No parties or events.
Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am.
Pool/SPA hours: 8 am to 10 pm.

Due to county and fire department regulations, please do NOT exceed the number of guests (including children) specified on the reservation. NO visitors without prior approval. Please do not bring pets. $500 fee for any violation.

Heat for Hot tub/Spa included (up to 102 degrees). Extra fee to heat the pool to max 82 degrees. Would you please wash off all the sand outside before entering the house or the pool?

There are open bodies of water, i.e., pool and hot tub. A responsible adult must always supervise children.

Please do not misuse or stain linens (towels, bedsheets, quilts, etc.).

Informational:

Max 5 vehicles on the property at any given time. No other parking is available.

As is typical with hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals, ALL exterior sides of this property have security cameras monitoring and recording for security, safety, and compliance.

As is typical of all vacation rentals, we provide only a starter (limited) supply of consumables. Examples of consumables include Keurig k-cups, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Installed Bidets for extra hygiene. Publix (grocery store) is only one one-minute drive up the street for your convenient shopping.

To prevent AC coil freezing, 71F is the lowest setting possible.

Park-style BBQ charcoal grill. Park-style means self-catered, i.e., we do not provide supplies or guarantee cleanliness.

Please place bag all trash and place it on the grass (north side) by the street. Please do not leave any trash in the house or property grounds at check out.

Trash pickup is Mondays and Thursdays, Recycle is Tuesday. Regardless of pickup date, please place all trash out at check out.
