Turtle Tracks is a premium oceanfront home with direct beach access and expansive ocean views from the main living areas and upstairs primary suite. Located at the water’s edge, the home is within walking distance of Flagler Avenue.
This renovated four-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is well suited for group stays. An open-concept layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, all positioned to take in unobstructed ocean views through large windows and sliding glass doors. A sectional sofa anchors the living space, and a flat-screen Smart TV on a full-motion mount is visible from the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
The home features one of the largest oceanfront patios in the area. The expansive travertine paver patio sits directly at the water’s edge and offers multiple seating areas, including shaded lounge seating, outdoor dining, a propane fire pit, a bar-height table, and a portable solo smokeless fire pit. Three steps lead directly from the patio onto the sand.

Upstairs Primary Suite: King bed, ocean views, private sitting area, large balcony, and en-suite bathroom with freestanding tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities.

Why they chose this property
This newly renovated, beautiful beachfront home is owned by a very nice family who pays very close attention to the finer details of their home. This gives you an unforgettable vacation destination. It is one of my absolute favorite properties. We all know the horror of booking (and paying for) "oceanfront" and then spending the week leaning over some balcony, only to get a glimpse of a sliver of ocean far away. Not here! This house is a stone's throw from high tide, with incredible views throughout. Because of this awesome location at water's edge, the minute you drop your suitcases you're going to start to feel and act like a local. The inside of this home is spectacular, but you may not even notice because you'll want to spend so much time on the huge back patio, or upstairs deck, counting dolphin fins in a pod as they cruise through your back yard. The only bad thing about booking this property is that you'll never again want to settle for less! (Oh, and did I mention it's only a couple of blocks to all the shops, bars, ice cream, coffee, and boutiques on Flagler Avenue?)
What makes this property unique
What separates this home from so many others is DIRECT OCEANFRONT - CLOSE TO THE WATER - PREFERRED BEACH AREA - NEWLY RENOVATED - AND WELL APPOINTED HOME.
Besides all the benefits of the property's oceanfront location as listed throughout this ad, the other benefit is being so close (a couple of blocks, or 4/10ths of a mile) to Flagler Avenue.
On Flagler you can rent motor scooters, bikes, motorcycles, golf carts, surfboards, paddle boards, and kayaks. Sign up for surf lessons, reserve a charter fishing boat for offshore angling- or flats fishing on the intracoastal river, or drive back over the bridge to half a dozen local golf courses on the mainland.
If it’s shopping you’re after, within the several surrounding blocks there are numerous stores for clothing, surf wear, beach items and supplies, hardware, surf boards, liquor, pharmacies, and a major grocery store.
In the same area are a dozen restaurants and half a dozen local bars. Flagler Avenue where the list of stores and activities repeats itself. Flagler boasts some of the best dining and shopping in the area, along with everything from gourmet coffee shops to nightclubs that are popular year-round.
And of course there are the world’s best theme parks about an hour away including Disney World, Universal, and Sea World.
To experience some of the local culture that makes NSB a top rated beach internationally, don’t forget to walk the beach at night to try and spot hatching baby turtles scramble into the waves. There is also a nice surf break just off the back yard, or a short distance north is the “Inlet” near the lighthouse where you may join (or just watch!) the local pro surfers in action.
