Fancy a vacation on the Baltic Sea? Then you are right with us! We offer a nice and cozy 1-room apartment near the Baltic Sea! The apartment is equipped as follows:

- two beds (double bed 1.40mx 2.00m, single bed 1.80mx0.90m)
- sofa (also suitable as a bed for a toddler)
- Kitchen (fully equipped) with dining area
- Kettle, coffee machine, small oven, fridge with freezer compartment

A parking space or Parking spaces for 2 motorbikes are also available.

The Elmenhorster beach is in close proximity - approx. 20 minutes on foot, approx. 3 minutes by car (parking lot directly on the beach). Warnemünde is about 8 km from the resort. Elmenhorst offers a bike rental, supermarkets, a climbing park, a restaurant u. V. M.! There are very well developed roads as well as bicycle and hiking trails around the town - ideal for hiking, cycling and motorbike vacationers! But beach holidaymakers also get their money's worth: numerous beautiful beaches between Elmenhorst and Warnemünde adorn the coastal area. Rostock offers a lot of leisure activities such as the city harbor, the zoo, the old town, etc.

Sehr schönes, gemütliches Apartment mit einem zwar eher kleinen aber schönen Badezimmer. Das Waschbecken ist wirklich winzig, geht aber in Ordnung.Die Lage war super, Gastgeber sehr nett und freundlich. Buchung problemfrei und unkompliziert. Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, inklusiver Deko usw.Das Bett war nicht super bequem aber für 3-4 Nächte voll OK.In der Nähe gibt es einen guten Bäcker, einen Netto und gute Restaurants.Ansonsten ist natürlich die Ostsee sowie Warnemünde (und Rostock) nicht weit. Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war klein aber fein , uns hat bei der Ausstattung nichts gefehlt . Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns bewusst für das kleinere Appartement entschieden . Die Lage war Mega . Wir haben unsere eigene Fahrräder mitgenommen (es gab aber auch im Dorf ein Fahrradverleih) , man konnte alles mit Fahrrad machen . Tolle Strecke am Meer , auch mit Auto hatte man es nicht weit um nach Rostock und Umgebung zu kommen . Ein tollen Bäcker sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Dorf gab es auch . Der Vermieter war für ein Plausch zu haben und auch jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Sie ist absolut ausreichend und sehr sauber. Wir haben trotz des schlechten Wetters schöne Tage an der Ostsee verbracht. Die umliegenden Orte wie Warnemünde oder Bad Doberan sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls unkompliziert und sehr nett. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Für mich und die 2 Jungs war die Ferienwohnung völlig ausreichend. Das erste Highlight beim Ankommen waren die Fußballtore im Garten. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allen ausgestattet was wir brauchten. Von dort aus waren wir schnell in jede Richtung unterwegs, egal ob Kühlungsborn oder Warnemünde. Der Preis war ausschlaggebend und für diese Ferienwohnung zu entscheiden und wir haben es auf keinen Fall bereut. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Sehr schöne Umgebung

Vermieter sehr nett, fragt bei Begegnung ob alles okay sei. Wir fühlten uns herzlich Willkommen! Kleines Manko war das Waschbecken im Bad, dies hätte vielleicht eine Spur größer sein können. Sonst alles ok. Super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Warnemünde mit dem Auto sehr schnell erreichbar. Heißer Tipp ist der Fischhafen, Warnowpier 431,18069 Rostock. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! LG

Ferienwohnung in Elmenhorst

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, man hatte das Gefühl es wurde garnicht sauber gemacht. Dafür zusätzlich Geld zu verlangen ist schon sehr eigenartig. Die Wohnung hatte keinerlei Gemütlichkeit, nicht mal ein Sofa zum Sitzen. Zwei Betten standen im Wohnzimmer, wie in einer Herberge. Duschen ging mehr Recht als schlecht, dass Wasser lief von der Duschwanne bis auf den Flur. Kann man nicht empfehlen zum Verweilen. Die Vermieter sind total nett, kann man nicht anders sagen. Aber die Ferienwohnung kann man wirklich nicht weiter empfehlen, tut uns leid. Aber wir sollten ehrlich sein und so war nun mal unser Empfinden.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in ruhiger kuschelige Unterkunft

Ich hatte die Wohnung für einen kurz Urlaub mit einer Freundin gemietet. Für zwei Personen war es perfekt, um ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Man kann zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten am Meer sein und ansonsten gibt es auch sehr zuverlässige Bus Anbindungen. Warnemünde und Rostock sind sehr schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Buchung und Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr angenehm. Die Küche war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und der kleine Ofen hat perfekt funktioniert, um sehr leckere Pizzen zu backen :) Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
