Here you live - very individually - in a medieval, stylishly restored fortified tower, about 12 km from medieval Sansepolcro, place of origin of the early Renaissance painter Piero della Francesca. Downstairs the bright kitchen-living room and the dining room under the round arches; above, the cozy fireplace room; the bedrooms on the upper floors, each with a wide view from the thick walls into the romantic mountain landscape. The four floors are connected by external and/or spiral staircases (not suitable for small children). On the large property are the fenced pool area and various terraces with pizza oven and barbecue. Ideal for hiking and visiting the beautiful towns of the Tiber Valley: Caprese Michelangelo, Sansepolcro, Anghiari; the Franciscan monastery of La Verna (20km). Pieve S.Stefano 4km. Only under strict supervision this tower house is suitable for children. Unpaved access.
