Experience all that the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer at this charming and updated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. This property features a premier location both by land (down Horseshoe Bend off of Carol Road) and by water (in a no-wake cove on mile marker 3). This house is only minutes away from the lake’s finest restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. It is also uniquely situated with a large wooded lot on one side, offering privacy that is unexpected in such a prime location.

The house features contemporary décor, a new vaulted ceiling sunroom, and lots of space for entertaining with 2 dining areas and 2 living areas. The 2 upstairs bedrooms feature queen pillowtop mattresses, and the downstairs bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds (3 twins and 1 full memory foam mattresses) and a crib. Both bathrooms are recently renovated and have brand new linens. The home is perfect for families, with gates on the stairs and deck, games and toys, and access to a pack and play and dining booster seat.

Just a few steps off of the new composite deck is a private 32’ x 32’ dock with views of the main channel and a marina. It features a large swim platform, covered seating area, boat slip, and easy entry Wet Steps ladder.

Had a great trip, house is in a great location and stocked with everything we needed. Host was very responsive to messages (they were at the Chiefs game and still responded promptly !). Very quiet in the evenings with plenty of deer running through the property. Played 7 different golf courses and never traveled over 30 minutes. Loved it and will rebook next trip.

Great place at Lake of the Ozarks

Clean, comfortable, very nice home. Great communication with hosts. Just a very nice place in a quiet Cove. Nice deck and dock for a relaxing getaway.

Relaxing Atmosphere

The location was great for relaxation. Nestled by the lake and forest. It was so nice to sit out on the deck and watch the ducks and deer. On the dock another beautiful scenery of the water and watching the fish. The kids enjoyed the toys and games the host had for them. I would recommend this property to families.

The bedding was NOT new as their website stated. The comforter had blood stains, as did the pillow case covers. There were no paper towels as stated, for 10 people they left us two rolls toilet paper in each bath room that were already started. The place needs some upgrades like replacing the toilets which were grossly stained from the sulphur in the water. We left one day early.

Weekend Spring getaway!

The property was very nice. Nice quiet location, house was roomy, dock was very nice. The sunroom and decks were awesome. We didn’t have much luck fishing with all the rain, but still had a great time. It is a little tight driving down the drive to the house, and parking is tight, but we made due. The owner was very accommodating for parking our boat trailer. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying there again.

Fantastic property!!

This house is perfect for a family with lots of room to spread out. We had our 2 yr old granddaughter with us and we didn't need to bring anything... crib, booster chair, children's plates and silverware, toys, etc. were all provided. The location is very quiet in a nice cove with easy access to the main channel. The chill pad was a terrific way to spend an afternoon and renting the boat couldn't have been easier. We are already planning our return next summer!

Nice Property with Horrible Water/Pipes

My wife and I stayed at this property for a short get-a-away. We are not "bad review" people, so this is unfamiliar territory, but this property has a big issue that needs to be addressed ASAP, so hopefully this review will expedite it. After we checked in, we noticed that each of the toilets looked like they had not been flushed and had urine in them. However, the color we were seeing was instead deep orange/yellow stains in the bottom of the toilet bowls. We thought this was strange, but not a huge deal - until we flushed each toilet and the water that rinsed into the bowl was dark black. Apparently, this house has bad pipes that are shedding what we think is iron. The black water went away after a few flushes and it was clear(er) water for the rest of the trip. However, the water stinks very badly. We quickly messaged the property manager the next day and he came and checked it. He was very nice and honest and told us that no one had stayed in the property for a couple of weeks, which may explain the initial black water flushes. He said that the water likely had a lot of iron in it but that he couldn't do anything about that in the moment. He checked the water softener and did what he could, but the issue remained. He advised us to not drink the water and to buy water from the grocery store instead. This was quite unsettling as we still needed to bathe/shower, so how confident could we be that the water was safe? We left a day early because we couldn't take it any longer.

It is a beautiful home on a quiet dead end with a great view, even though it was Fall and chilly my grands had so much "magnet" fishing. I hope to bring all my kids and grands back as there appeared to be more VRBO's on the same street.I would recommend this home and host 100%

This reservation was for my son and his newly married partner for their wedding in Eldon, so it was very close to the venue. Beautiful sight, beautiful view, super responsive host. I will stay there in the future since my son loved it so much.

Beautiful waterfront house

House is conveniently located by the lake. I traveled alone, priority, this house was very comfortable and spacious for a large group of people. It was clean and had everything needed stocked up. The weather was great for hiking and sightseeing at the nearby Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Will definitely come back for a visit again!

Relaxing cove

Nice lake house in a quiet cove. The property manager makes everything quick and easy. Plenty of beds for sleeping. Swimming off the dock can entertain kids for hours. We rented the boat which was beyond convenient and fun. Overall highly recommend and would rent from the property manager again.

Family Vacation

Great Place! Lots of room! Great enclosed porch and open porch on lower level! We are frequent flyers at LOTO and we typically stay at one of our family’s houses, but this was not an available option this trip. This house was perfect for our family and all of their friends. Kitchen was well equipped for us to cook meals during our stay. Jenna was a great host! Very responsive and attentive to our needs. We only have 2 suggestions/concerns… If you are bringing personal water craft or a boat, the driveway to the property is very narrow and if there are other guests staying at the adjacent houses, you will have difficulties getting your trailers turned around and or parked. Also a ceiling fan on the dock would be amazing for generating a breeze when it’s 100 degrees outside. 🙂 We also launched our personal watercraft at Point Randall Resort which was a 5 minute drive from the house and also just a short distance on the water. They charged $10 for launching which was minimal. If you are looking for a great location, this is it! Close to Bagnell Dam with all paved roads!!!! So look no further…this place is the one!

Chill lake weekend

Went to celebrate a friends bday / just get away for a couple days. House was spacious and clean. It’s in a great location. Hosts are super sweet people. Rent the boat if you can. Was the best part of the trip

Nice comfortable home

Had a great stay at property. House was clean and comfortable and covered dock and porch made even the bad weather not a big deal. Boat was secure and dry and when was able to get out on lake was beautiful. All in all a great stay and would definitely go again.

Beautiful house! Kitchen was well stocked for making meals. Quiet location but a quick drive to shops and restaurants. Check in was easy and there was no reason to contact owners as everything was as advertised. Family had a great time fishing from the dock and relaxing.

We had an absolute blast staying here! Loved that all the kids could stay together in the same room! The Sun room was amazing! The house was plenty big for our party of 4 adults and 4 kids. Would highly recommend!
