Welcome to your perfect Lake of the Ozarks getaway. Nestled in a peaceful cove at the 42MM of the Osage Arm, our completely updated lakefront home offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, relaxing setting while still being close to great waterfront restaurants, bars, and entertainment.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and features two private bedrooms with queen beds, along with a loft-style bunk room that includes two full beds and two twin beds tucked into a cozy alcove area that is perfect for teens or younger guests. The home also includes two full bathrooms and a completely updated interior with modern finishes and comfortable furnishings. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain, along with an outdoor grill for enjoying meals outside. Comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering spaces make it easy to relax and spend time together.

Large windows and multiple decks provide beautiful lake views and plenty of space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day on the water. The outdoor setup is what truly makes this property special. Guests have access to a private dock with boat slips, a free boat ramp located right in our cove, lake toys for guest use, and multiple decks and seating areas. The quiet cove is ideal for swimming, floating, paddleboarding, and relaxing. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or rent one nearby, with boat rentals located only about 20 minutes away.

Located on the quieter side of Lake of the Ozarks, the home allows guests to enjoy peaceful mornings and calmer water while still being close to everything people love about the lake. The property is located at the 42MM on the Osage Arm and is only six miles by water to the lake’s popular party coves and main attractions. Bear Bottom Water Park is just four miles away by water, and waterfront restaurants and bars are nearby.

There are also many popular attractions less than 30 miles from the home, including Ha Ha Tonka State Park with its castle ruins, cliffs, and hiking trails, Lake of the Ozarks State Park with beaches, trails, and water activities, Bridal Cave and Thunder Mountain Park with guided cave tours and family entertainment, and Stark Caverns with cavern tours and an underground lake. Guests can also enjoy shopping, dining, and live music venues in Osage Beach and Lake Ozark, along with local wineries and water sport operators.

You’ll have easy access to boating, fishing, dining, and lake activities while still enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of a quiet cove. This home is perfect for families, multi-family vacations, boating groups, fishing trips, couples weekends, and relaxing lake escapes. We greatly enjoyed our getaway at this little retreat. Flips off the diving board, catching catfish off the dock, hanging out on the Lilly pad, and learning a new game in the collection provided. We had such fun!!

Having the accurate layout of the open “3rd bedroom” being an open loft overlooking the kitchen vs listing as a true 3rd bedroom would have been nicer to know. We made it work but surprises like these are nice to know!

We fell in love with this area of the Lake of the Ozarks because it offers the best of both worlds — a peaceful, family-friendly cove while still being close to the fun and energy the lake is known for. The moment we first saw this house, we knew it was special. We could immediately see the potential to create a place where families could gather, reconnect, relax, and make lifelong memories together.

We completely renovated and redesigned the home ourselves, carefully creating a space that feels warm, comfortable, and welcoming for guests of all ages. We’ve always loved the lake lifestyle, and owning a home here has been a dream for our family. Our hope is to spend many years sharing this special place with our children, future grandchildren, and the families we host along the way.

For us, the perfect lake day starts with coffee on the deck while watching the family of turtles that lives in our quiet cove. From there, it’s time for floating, paddleboarding, tubing, or heading out by boat to grab lunch at one of the lakeside restaurants. Afternoons are for relaxing on the lilypad, taking a nap after a day in the sun, or simply enjoying the peaceful water views. Evenings usually end with grilling dinner, gathering around the fire pit, and a fiercely competitive family game night.

This home was designed with togetherness in mind and is especially perfect for two families or multi-generational trips. One of our favorite spaces is the bunk room lodge — a cozy spot that quickly becomes a favorite for kids, teens, and even adults.

Most importantly, we want every guest who stays here to feel at home from the moment they arrive. We hope your family creates as many unforgettable memories here as ours already has.
