We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

Each unit is permitted only ONE parking space
All rates subject to 9% lodging tax
All reservations subject to a resort fee and/or booking fee
Reservations for specific rooms cannot be guaranteed
A 50% deposit is required on all advance reservations
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking, or the reservation will be canceled
Payment in full is required upon the day of arrival

When they say "steps from the Beach" they mean it! It took us about 2 minutes -if that- to walk to the beach. The icing on the cake was that the weather was perfect when we were there. The room was small, but clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfortable. it also comes with a parking spot, which is a huge commodity at Wells Beach. Our room was literally 50 feet from the beach parking lot. There's also a great little coffee shop about 100 feet away from the hotel.

Beach

The place was relatively clean despite the fact the owner had no maid service available for the entire stay 10 days. Had to go to office to get clean stuff and other needs. Office was open limited hours. Floor carpeting was old and worn, likely dirtier than it looked. Bath tub area was moldy. Tv remotes were difficult to operate. Bed and pillows were hard and not comfortable.

The way life should be

Always an amazing time in Wells. First time staying in this location and was not disappointed! The lady that checked me in was fabulous! Being an essential worker and feeling the short staff the lady went above and beyond and was super positive when explaining things! Room was clean and perfect for me and my partner. Would definitely stay here again!
