Inviting country house in a wonderful hilly position in Chianti, 5 km from the village of Montevarchi (shops of all kinds). The holiday home is in a quiet location and ideal for those who enjoy the privacy of an independent, idyllic and panoramic holiday home, but at the same time plan excursions to the beautiful Chianti and the fascinating art cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo (there is a convenient train connection to Florence and Arezzo from the nearby Montevarchi railway station).

The simply but attractively furnished rooms all have windows with mosquito nets. In the morning, enjoy your breakfast on the terrace next to the kitchen, where you can make yourself comfortable under the parasol at the breakfast table and look out over the pool, and from the living room with large fireplace you have access to a covered terrace with sweeping views over the Arno valley, where you can relax and end the day with dinner al fresco. The pool area with sun terrace is also located on the large natural plot with lawn, olive grove and forest. All windows have fly screens. Distances: the small village of Moncione (shop, restaurant) 1.5 km; Florence and Siena 50 km away, Arezzo and the Chianti region approx. 35 km. Riding centre 2 km, a golf course 10 km.
