Ski Arêches-Beaufort 200m and free shuttle to Le Planay 50m, Hauteluce-Val-Joly/Contamines-Montjoie 21km, Les Saisies 25km. Body of water 35km, swimming pool 5km. Beautiful home country at 200 m from the slopes. Residential quiet along the heart of the family village station. Large terrace exposed & shaded summer. Nice landscaped garden. Beautiful views of the massif. All amenities on site.
