Ground floor + 1st floor (access on foot by lane for 150m from the car park): living room-kitchen, lounge, 1 bedroom (1 double bed; 2 bunk beds for 1 person), bathroom (bath), separate WC. Shared washing machine. Common land in front of the cottage. Renovated presbytery comprising 3 gites, in the heart of a pedestrian mountain village, on a southern slope, with a panoramic view of the valley and the mountains. Pleasant and comfortable cottage. Small flat ground in common, in front of the house. Public car park at the entrance to the village at 150 m. 9 km from St Michel de Maurienne (shops and services open all year round), many ski resorts in the area: 16 km from the Orelle gondola linking Val-Thorens/Les 3 Vallées, Valloire/Valmeinier at 21 km. Cross-country ski trails 200m away (free access) with snowshoe routes. Marked hiking trails from the cottage. Privileged location for a trip to Italy via the Fréjus tunnel and discovery of the territory of Haute-Maurienne. Ideal place for lovers of nature and authenticity at a low price!
