Vacation home with garden and private pop-up pool 1 km from Crespina. The cottage is located among the hills of Pisa, with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside: forests, olive groves, vineyards and sunflower fields delight the eye. On many estates in the area you can taste wine and local products. Of course, a visit to Pisa with its world famous leaning tower is recommended (20 km, airport). Those looking for some relaxation will find beautiful thermal facilities in the small town of Casciana Terme, only 10 km away. In the town of Casciana (1 km) and Cenaia (about 2 km) are all stores and supermarkets. The art city of Florence can be easily reached by car in less than an hour . The access to the house is via a short stretch of gravel road.

Great place if you like quiet.

Beautiful place for rest. If you like quiet and village it’s for you. One small problem is a bathrooms, they need some improvements. I have great time with friends and kids. Thanks so much

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub, man ist nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten (die für uns interessant waren), der Strand war innerhalb 30 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus könnte ein paar Reparaturen vertragen, der Pool hat eine gute Größe allerdings ist er etwas zu sehr gechlort. Wir waren zu acht (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) laut Insererat kann man es mit 14 Personen belegen, dies würden wir als zu viel empfinden. 8 Personen war schon ausreichend vom platz beim essen und auch am Pool wäre kein Platz für 14 Mann. Parkmöglichkeit befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus für 2 Autos.

Enttäuschend

Die Fotos des Ferienhauses täuschen leider einen guten Zustand vor. Zwar ist die Poolanlage ganz schön gestaltet, aber hat dennoch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Das Ferienhaus weist jede Mängel auf: herausfallende Steckdosen und Gefahr auf Stromschläge; zerbrochene Schränke und Regale (für Familien mit Kindern teilweise gefährlich); zwar zwei Küchen aber jeweils nur halb ausgestattet, so dass man immer zwischen den Küchen hin und her wechseln muss. Zwar wird eine zusätzliche Stromabrechnung angekündigt, aber nicht der dreimal so hohe Stromverbauch! Für Tierliebhaber ist das Haus perfekt. Direkt nebendran befindet sich ein Ziegen- und Hühnerstall mit sehr wachen Hähnen. Das wird in der Beschreibung leider verschwiegen. Für den Preis dieses Haus zu vermieten ist eine Frechheit!!!
