The house is surrounded by a garden with panoramic terraces equipped with barbecue and wood oven, ideal for outdoor dining and shaded by olive trees where the swimming pool (10x4, 1.45 m deep) (18/5-12/10) is located and with outdoor shower and lighting. It is possible to request when booking a baby bed, maid service and the use of the Wi-Fi connection, the latter two are to be paid for on location. Central heating. Parking in the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. For arrivals between 7.30 and 10.30 p.m. a 35 Euros fee will be applied. Small pets are accepted only (if confirmed by the owner upon confirmation of the booking). Access to the house along 1 km of dirt track road not suitable for sport cars. Due to order and hygiene reasons, bathroom and bedroom linen hire is compulsory (12 EUR/person/change).
