✭ Sleeps 6 with a king bed in first floor master, a queen bed in second bedroom, a twin over full bunk bed and twin bed in the third bedroom
✭ Fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, gas range, granite counters
✭ Master bathroom has a heated floor, 4 shower heads in shower including a rainfall shower head. Upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower.
✭ Living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, Hulu + Live TV, DVD Player and small DVD collection plus whole-house Wi-Fi. Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. are available if you have an account.
✭ Loft has 2 chairs, small bookcase and mountain views
✭ Weber gas grill, 4 rocking chairs and hot tub on deck
✭ Fire pit and 4 chairs on side of house
✭ You MUST have 4WD or AWD to get up the mountain roads. There will be a $250 fine if you use a 2WD vehicle and damage the road. This is an HOA rule. There is a security camera outside aimed at the driveway. Animals and smoking are not allowed.

My wife an I were looking at cabins in Bryson City. Our real estate agent showed us this land. We loved the view and the peaceful setting so we found a house design with an open floor plan and great views facing west from most areas of the house. The house was built from 2020 to 2021.
Why they chose this property
The house is on about 5.4 acres. It is hard to see any neighbors when the leaves come in, the views from the deck and the house are amazing and keep changing with the seasons, the weather and the time of day. You can hear several small mountain streams and waterfalls on and near the property.
