Our ocean-view condo has a king bed in the master and two full size beds in the second bedroom. There are large screen LED TVs in each bedroom and in the living room. The condo is stocked with DVDs, games, and puzzles. The condo has WIFI and a stacked washer and dryer.

Love Island Club

We have stayed in Island Club for 12 years. We live it. Regis was our first time in the 600 building. It was a great location. The unit is not updated, but that is reflected in the price. We didn’t want for anything, so ‘updated’ didn’t matter! The bed was comfy, and that is MOST important! We would stay again!

Cozy beach condo

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at the island club 2 bedroom condo. It has everything we needed for a family of 4 adults. The cost was reasonable. We could walk to the beach and play games or bbq on the property. The condo balcony has a view of a pond and did not have a view of the ocean. The ocean could be seen through the bedroom window. The kitchen and bathrooms are not updated but are clean and in very good condition. Overall it was perfect for the family reunion we celebrated in Hilton head island.

Good location, but needs updating and thorough cleaning

Communication w owner was excellent, and location of condo complex is great, very close to beach, and condo was very reasonably priced. However, the condo was disappointing. It was dirty—floors were sticky, kitchen counters, hood, cabinets, etc all had cooking splashes; coffee maker, blender, oven were all dirty; bathrooms not wiped clean. We actually wondered if we had arrived prior to the official cleaning. Owner was apologetic, refunded some of our money, and said he’s in process of replacing cleaning service. Cooking supplies like pots and pans are very old and worn; same with some of the furniture- dining room chairs need replaced, no support left; kitchen chairs are rusty. Blue bathroom towels were stained w bleach marks. There were no cleaning supplies in the condo, and the broom and mop were filthy. The view from the condo is primarily a nice pond view—the balcony probably had a beautiful ocean view a few years ago before the trees grew. There is limited Ocean view now from master bedroom. We will definitely stay in the Island Club complex again, but not this condo, unless the owners make improvements to the supplies and cleaning service.

This property is a good value. It is accurately described except for the fact that the trees need to be trimmed to enhance the ocean view. The beds were very comfortable. The owner was attentive when we encountered a slight problem when trying to reprogram the main television. We would stay here again when visiting Hilton Head.
