Amazing home in Bucine AR with kitchen

Particularly tastefully furnished is this vacation home (semi-detached) in the picturesque Borgo near Ambra (6 km). The elongated living area with fireplace is located on the first floor, the bedrooms on the 1st floor are accessible via a spiral and the outside staircase. In front of the house there is a covered loggia. The borgo is situated on a small hill in a quiet wooded side valley. It has been lovingly restored: its own little church belongs to it as well as modern sculptures - a place for artists and individualists! A little above, guests can enjoy a natural pool area with sunbathing lawn and a tennis court. In the surrounding area there are interesting excursion destinations: To Siena it is 30 km, to Monte San Savino and to the warm thermal baths of Rapolano about 15 km, Arezzo 35 km. Nearest village with bar, ristorante, stores: Ambra 7 km. The last 1.8 km of the access road is ascending gravel road, not suitable for low-slung cars or sports cars.

Objekt wie erwartet als altes Bauernhaus mit speziellem Charme. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Küche unsauber und Ameisen. An vielen Stellen Staub und Spinnweben. Der Aufenthalt am Pool und im Garten wurde uns von jeder Menge Bremsen vergällt.
