Beautiful weather most of the time. Walkability into town nice restaurants shops and entertainment. Exploring marine life and whale watching. Endless summer beaches, trails and parks.

Location location location! Do what you want to do! Low key and restful neighborhood, close to the action but not in it! Attention to your comfort and details. No cheap toilet paper here!
