Awesome home in Acquasparta TR

Beautiful cottage in the countryside on the slope of a hill about 1.5 km from the village of Acquasparta. Beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and the castle Montalbano in the distance. The cottage is in a very quiet location and has a large plot with fully fenced and equipped garden, where you will also find an arbor, barbecue area and the beautiful swimming pool. A sleeping area with a double bed is separated from the living room by a curtain. The access to the house is through a gravel road about 300 meters long. The vacation home is located in Umbria in an area known for its thermal and mineral springs such as Furapane, Sangemini, Amerino and San Faustino, which are all within a radius of about 7 km and have various, therapeutic applications. Excursion tips: Acquasparta 1,5 km (stores of all kinds). Todi 18 km, Spoleto 20 km, Lake Piediluco 35 km, Perugia 55 km and Assisi 70 km. PC available (5 hours of internet per day included in the price).
