New lower rate discounted $100 off per night makes this large, ocean view home with 4 beds just steps from the beach one of the best values in downtown. Sleeps 6 adults or up to 8 with two children 12 and under w/ 3 bedrooms plus a den & 3 bathrooms. Boasting both ocean & bay views of Trinidad Harbor and State Beach, this custom, contemporary home has vaulted ceilings, amazing artwork, and comfortable furnishings throughout. It is the perfect getaway for a large family gathering, 3 couples or a group of friends. This home is located in downtown Trinidad, and has the convenience of being located within a block to beaches and great Trinidad hiking trails.

Enter on lower level which has one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with shower. The upstairs includes living and dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a sun-room w/ a Queen futon bed and two more bathrooms. The upstairs living/dining room offers an open floor plan that makes for easy entertainment. Cozy up by the gas fireplace while sitting inside watching the seascape all around or watch a movie on the large flat-screen T.V. Grill dinner on the propane barbecue and enjoy cocktails on the deck. Watch the sunset over the ocean while dining outside at the bistro table and chairs. The main suite offers a king bed, private balcony and main bathroom with shower and large bathtub. All of the bedrooms and sun-room have ocean views. The 3rd bathroom is just across the hall from these bedrooms and has a great walk-in shower. Sunset Vista is filled with beautiful photographic art taken from around the world. Radiant floor heating keeps this house comfortably warm. Sunset Vista is only 500 feet from Trinidad Harbor, pier and beach. This is a "no shoe" house which keeps it in pristine condition. Onsite parking available for up to 4 vehicles.

Important Notes:

** Guest reserving home must be 25 years or older, be staying at the property the entire time and will be considered the responsible party for this booking.

** Upon completion of booking reservation guests will be required to sign a rental agreement agreeing to Trinidad Retreats rules and regulations.

** Sorry but this is not a pet friendly home, no exceptions.

We had a great visit to Sunset Vista. It was a great house for a group. We really enjoyed siting on the deck looking at the ocean view. Trinidad was also a great little town. Great time!

Being right on the beach meant we could take in the stunning ocean views from sunrise to sunset, with the sound of the waves as a constant, peaceful backdrop. Wonderful time

The house was perfect for our needs. We were in Trinidad for our son’s wedding and we had family events every day. We were really busy but it worked out great. Ryan and the staff at Trinidad Retreats couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating.

Amazing location!

The house is located on a beautiful hill with the most amazing views of the ocean. Wonderful access to walking paths and the beach. The house was very clean, and cozy. There are lots of stairs so if you have any mobility issues this may be an issue. The only negative was the bed located on the first floor was a bit lumpy - it may be time to replace it.

This was our second stay at Trinidad Retreats house and we loved this one as well. The location is wonderful and very close to the beach. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. Great views!

Lovely, large home with amazing view

Great location and lots of space

Great location and house was a good size. Had all the necessities but was missing some items that would have made the stay a bit easier (beach towels, hampers, hangers, kid friendly serve wear, Tupperware, various kitchen items…) Overall a great place to stay. Thank you!
