This home is best suited for a quiet getaway Enjoy your coffee on this beautiful front porch overlooking the Lake. This home is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood with wispy tree lined streets. Perfect spot for walking or biking while taking in the scenery. The fishing is great off of the private dock. This lake home is centrally located with a 90 minute drive either to the Gulf of Mexico, or the Atlantic Ocean. 1 Hour and 15 minutes south of Orlando (Disney). Legoland is an easy 30 mile drive. Get all of your necessities at the grocery store right around the corner only a mile away. Sebring is also just a 10 minute drive up the road with several great choices in restaurants. Watch a rocket launch from the backyard all the way from Kennedy Space Center! Several golf courses nearby, 15 minutes from the Sebring Race Track. Nest doorbell camera and Ring floodlight camera focused on driveway only recently installed for your safety and ours. No children allowed on the dock or in the water without an adult. Children and adult life jackets available under carport in outside cubbard.

Becky & Steve provided a lovely space for relaxation and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for us. We felt right at home. A nice central location for visiting Avon Park and Sebring. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Location

Nice to set out front and drink coffee in the morning to watch the sun rise. With morning walks around the lake and just relaxing. Great location to go see other sights in Florida.

Stayed here with some friends on golf get away. This is our second time staying and the house is located in a peaceful relaxing location. This was perfect for our needs. Owners are great to deal with and are very accommodating

Florida Getaway

The house was a perfect size with all the amenities that a mature group like the 4 of us needed. We especially enjoyed having coffee overlooking the lake, relaxing on the dock, walking and biking on the path around the lake. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Becky and Steve were very prompt in addressing any questions we had. This is a nice lake house located in a quiet area for a relaxing getaway.

Great Home, Great Host, Great Location

We were in the area for the Sebring 12 HR race. My Team members are road warriors who spend an insane amount of time traveling. They are not easily impressed but, this home and this host were fantastic! The home is well appointed, clean, comfortable. The yard was a great place to spend some quiet relaxation time after a long day at the track. Everything we wanted was here. Will definitely stay again. Great communication from Steve and Becky. Great home and grounds. Check in and out were simple. We enjoyed our stay. THANK YOU STEVE & BECKY!!!

Great Place

Steve and Becky were great host and easy to work with. Their home was clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for your stay. Sitting on the front porch or pier was nice and relaxing. We would definitely go back.

Quiet and peacful neighborhood

We have been renting vacation houses on lakes for over 15 years and this is one of my top 2 houses (and we didn't even catch any fish)!. The windows take full advantage of the view of the lake. The neighbors we met are all so nice. The homeowners are the best. They helped us by spending an hour or two, remotely, getting us an application on their TV so we could watch a game on local TV. The main bed is super comfortable and if this is important to you, there are screens on every window. I had them open when the weather was nice. Very quiet area so if you like to party, this is not the house for you. The house has everything you could need if you want to cook meals. Oh yeah, the towels are so soft! Just one piece of advise, every morning the under ground water sprinklers come on and your car will get wet. The location is great - 1:40 minutes from Tampa, 2:00 from Stuart (Atlantic Ocean). Looked like 1:30 hours from Ft. Myers. We'd definitely go back.
