It takes only 5mn to walk to Pampelonne beach and all its clubs so this is the perfect location for guests looking to enjoy the beach and its famous restaurants like Byblos, la Reserve or Gigi.
Saint Tropez is 10mn drive by car.

The villa boasts of 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms: 4 on the ground floor with 3 double bedrooms and a twin children room, plus a Master bedroom on the first floor with large sleeping quarters, ensuite bathroom, seaview and private terrace.

The ground floor houses a large living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar: the living room has large comfortable sofas, the dining room can accommodate 6 guests and both areas have fully retractable French windows, giving the villa an indoor-outdoor feel.

The covered terrace offers a large summer lounge and an al fresco dining table for up to 14 guests. There are several sunbeds to soak in the Mediterranean sunshine and the crystal clear pool will entice any guest to jump in.
