Wir waren 1 Woche mit der Familie in der Villa! Es war ein tolles großzügiges Haus mit viel Platz und genug Schlafzimmern! Der Pool und die Lage sind fantastisch. Außerdem ist Lorenzo ein super Gastgeber, der sehr hilfsbereit ist!

Das schlimmste was wir seit 20 Jahren gebucht haben

Wo soll ich anfangen. Wir hatten eine Luxusvilla mit privatem Zugang zum Meer gebucht. Die Bilder und der Text im Inserat haben dies ja auch versprochen. Wir hatten Kontakt zum Vermieter und haben ihm Bilder von Google Maps geschickt, die Villen in der Gegend gezeigt haben. Er hat uns bestätigt, dass eine der Villen auf dem Bild die gemietete Villa ist. Wir haben uns voller Vorfreude auf dem Weg gemacht. Als wir angekommen sind, ist uns allen die Kinnlade runtergefallen. Die Villa war eine alte renovierungsbedürftige Bude, die Teil einer Wohnanlage und das Meer 500 Meter davon entfernt war. Wir haben auch ältere Personen dabei gehabt, die konnten den Weg zum Meer nicht bewältigen. Der sogenannte private Zugang zum Meer bezog sich auf die Wohnanlage und nicht auf die Villa selbst. Das Meer vor diesem Zugang lud auch überhaupt nicht zum Schwimmen ein. Es war der Abladeplatz für Algen aller nahegelegenen Nobelstrände, die jeden Tag gereinigt wurden. Dem entsprechend hat es auch gestunken. Nun zum Haus selber. Keines der Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, man musste immer über den Flur zum Bad gehen. Die meisten Räume waren von Spinnweben übersäht, Einrichtungsgegenstände waren voller alten klebrigen Staub. Wir wollte selber sauber machen, aber natürlich war der Staubsauger kaputt. Die Kaffeemaschine war innen schwarz von Schimmel, der Backofen hat ausgeschaut, als ob er 10 Jahre nicht geputzt wurde. Wir mussten als aller erstes Glühbirnen kaufen gehen, weil in den Schlafzimmern teilweise kein Licht war. Lichtschalter haben nicht funktioniert, so dass wir Lichter gar nicht einschalten konnten, bzw. durchgehend haben brennen lassen. Die Polster der Aussenmöbel waren zum Teil voller schwarzer Stockflecken und übersäht von Spinnweben. Der Tisch im Garten war kaputt und stand auf zerbrochenen Fließen. Es war nicht einmal eine Rolle Klopapier im Haus. Und das für 36.000,- € für 2 Wochen. Das einzige, die Nähe zu Saint Tropez hat uns von einem totalen Reinfall bewahrt. Wir raten jedem, die Finger von dieser Villa zulassen. Es wirkt auf uns wie Abzocke. Nachdem wir wieder zurück waren, kontaktierten wir den Vermieter mit den Tatsachen, der aber alle Vorwürfe von sich weist und sich jetzt nicht mehr meldet. Wir überlegen rechtliche Schritte gegen den Vermieter einzuleiten.

parfait séjour en famille

Très bon séjour dans le domaine de la Capilla. Grande villa avec le charme d'une décoration provençale et tout le confort moderne : la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, le portail électrique, une maison et une cuisine équipée. Le parc et la piscine sont super. j'y étais en famille avec mon fils de 3 ans et enceinte de 7 mois et c'était parfait. Le top, c'était de pouvoir aller à la plage à pieds, la villa étant à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage. J'y retournerai plus longtemps l'année prochaine.

Court séjour

Nous avons été séduits par cette maison Jolie maison provençale ,grande et très authentique, pas show off!! Très Propre avec un environnement très sécurisé La plage est à une volée de pas de la maison dans un domaine privé La maison offre un confort très complet La cuisine dispose de bcp de matériel: vaisselle etc… Nous étions au calme malgré le début du mois d août !! J’ai l habitude des parcs de St tropez mais la Capilla ( c’est le nom du domaine) est assez similaire et donc très privilégié comme endroit Nous reviendrons dès que possible !

Vacances de rêve

Nous avons passé des vacances sublimes dans cette maison. À 300m de la plage, l'emplacement est idéal. Le jardin est splendide. Les chambres sont supers (déco très sympa en plus). Des vacances à refaire!

Très bonnes Vacances

Agréable et spacieuse maison de vacances avec un grand jardin des arbres magnifiques, une grande piscine le tout dans un endroit privilégié au calme sans aucune nuisance On se sent très bien dans cette maison, très agréable d’aller a pied a la plage Nous avons tous été heureux pendant nos deux semaines à la Capilla, nous reviendrons....

Heaven on earth ! I will be back !

Lovely lovely house ! Far exceeded my expectations as not only it has the charm of a typical "Provence" beach house, but it is also ideally located (2 min walk to the beach). The house is in a private gated domain named La Capilla. We felt like we were staying in the Bel-Air of Saint Tropez because it only takes 10 min to drive to downtown Saint Tropez from there while being in a top-notch beautiful and quiet community. Our host, Loris, was very helpful and made our whole experience flawless. He speaks English well, and communication was not an issue. Thanks Loris, you have a wonderful house, we are looking forward our next stay there !

Maison et emplacement unique

C'était la 2e fois que je louais cette maison. Le domaine privé dans lequel elle se trouve est unique à st Tropez: plage à 3 min à pieds. 5 min en voiture du village.Grande maison pleine de charme et de caractère, et chacun a son indépendance. Piscine tres agréable.

Super Week End!!

Nous avons passé un super week end dans cette villa. la maison offre tout le confort nécessaire. Nous l'avions choisie pour son charme provençal, son accès direct à la plage (5 minutes à pieds par chemin privatif) La maison est bien équipée, on s'y est senti comme chez nous. On envisage de la réserver à nouveau pour les ponts du mois de Mai.
