The house has been renovated and transformed into 4 spacious vacation apartments (IUP758, IUP759, IUP760 and IUP761), which can also be booked together for 16 sleeps with the house number IUP773. Enjoy the quiet location and panoramic views of the surrounding area. The pool are for communal use. Accommodation: 1st floor (80m²): Spacious living / dining room (TV), private staircase, down to a green area of about 200 m²; kitchenette, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). Distances: 1.6 km grocery stores, 7 km Marsciano (stores of all kinds), 10 km Deruta (very famous for its pottery), 20 km Perugia, 30 km Assisi. The Umbria region with its mix of culture, tradition, unspoiled nature and gastronomic specialties is guaranteed to surprise you!

Tra le colline umbre

Ottima esperienza in una proprietà tra le colline dell'Umbria. Un luogo di pace e tranquillità a pochi passi da Perugia e baricentrico rispetto alle principali località da visitare (Assisi, Spoleto, Orvieto, etc.). La casa è molto grande e dotata di un ampio terrazzo dove si può pranzare/cenare. Sarebbe utile installare delle zanzariere a causa della presenza di numerosi insetti (d'altronde si trova in campagna!). Ottima la piscina presente nella proprietà e a disposizione degli ospiti.
