Conveniently located between Bozeman and Big Sky!!!
Two condos are available for you to choose among. This listing is for our WEST CONDO. Our EAST Condo is listed as # Rent one, the other or both!!! The condos have a double lockout door between them so you can easily open the doors and enjoy the entire area.
Aspen Grove is licensed, as required through the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, under License No. 301252.
This is a perfect, centrally located hub for your stay when traveling in the area for a vacation; wedding; family reunion; rafting; skiing, hunting or fishing trip; interim housing; or business dealings.
The condo is one level with a private entrance and porch. In addition, there is a washer & dryer for your use.
Your accommodations are uniquely decorated to showcase the history and charm of Montana. Each great room contains a sitting area with hide-a-bed, dining area and kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious with private bathrooms and a small table and chairs.
The WEST CONDO, with ~ 1150sf, has 2 bedrooms with private baths. The Sportsman Bedroom has a queen sized log bed made on site with tub/shower in the bath. The Yellowstone Bedroom has a king sized log bed with handicapped accessible walk-in shower in the bath. As a special addition, the great room has a gas stove for heat and ambiance.
Your accommodations have magnificent views of the Spanish Peaks to the south and Bridger Range to the north. There is also a 40 acre park with stream nearby and a walking path along the irrigation canal.
Our biggest attraction, of course is historic Yellowstone National Park. We are also a relatively short drive to national forests; Gallatin, Yellowstone and Madison Rivers; Lewis and Clark Trail; museums and art galleries; Montana State University; Big Sky, Moonlight Basin and Bridger Bowl Ski Areas, horseback riding, golfing Lewis & Clark Caverns and much more.
For a little peace and quiet, step right outside your door onto 10 grass covered acres with 250 spruce trees - enjoy as you wish!
For a vigorous walk or run, take off on our graveled road and trek 1+ miles to the top of our hill. Moose, deer, elk, fox, coyotes, bear, mountain lion, wolves, woodchucks gophers and a number of bird species have been seen the area - some more frequent & some less frequent! (Thank goodness!)
If you want a winter get-away, consider x-country skiing right from your front door, in West Yellowstone, on trails around Bozeman and near Bridger Bowl. You can also head to the mountains for downhill skiing at Bridger Bowl, Big Sky, or Moonlight Basin. There is also ice skating, sledding, hot springs and snowmobiling nearby.

Correct! We do not have AC but the deck above the guest's patio, overhead fans in each room, and cool nights all adds to the comfort of the condos and the cool night air is a speciality of our mountains.
The owners were easy to work with. The property was exactly as listed. Perfect location for beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Comfortable despite having no AC or dishwasher. The location is relatively far (30 minutes) from downtown Bozeman, but it died us.

Thank you and we appreciate your comments. We do not advertise A/C or dishwasher. Our cool mountain air and overhead deck keep the condo cool throughout the day. even in summer, some guests choose to have a sweater along, especially if sitting out n the yard amongst the trees to take in the beautiful night skies!
We truly enjoyed our stay, our hosts were very accommodating to our Kate night check in. It was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely choose this place again!

So glad you were happy with everything. So sorry you thought it was a bit small for 6 people. We often have 6 people staying in this condo. The sleeping arrangements and square footage are identified in our listing.
Hope you will consider staying with us again!
We came to MT for a wedding and enjoyed our stay. Such beautiful property! We found most everything in the kitchen that we needed to make meals. The beds were dated but comfortable, no trouble sleeping. The bathroom towels could be updated would be the only thing to suggest. Lloyd and Alice were so nice!

Thanks for your comments! Yes the beds are dated because they are antiques. Fortunately, the mattresses are not!! We enjoyed meeting all of you and are glad you enjoyed the wedding.
We stayed 3 nights at this lovely place. It was clean and cozy. It has everything you need for simple cooking. Beds were comfortable. It was pretty quiet inside, you can hear the hosts upstairs a little bit. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and a great source of local information. The view is so peaceful. It truly felt like a retreat. We saw small wildlife in the yard which added to the adventure. Thank you so much for the lovely stay.
We skied, snowmobiled, went to Yellowstone, experienced Bozeman and went to the Hot Springs. It was a wonderful vacation and loved our conversations with Lloyd & Alice. They were great sources of local information and pointed out additional things to do and experience. Do not take for granted the availability & accessibility of who you are renting from and their ability to enhance your vacation.
Great host and awesome place to stay. Easy check-in and it had everything we needed. Would 100% recommend!

Quick communication with the hosts by text, phone call if need to be reached, and nice warm welcome!
