Beautiful 4400+ Square feet custom built home that comes with 350' of premier sandy lake superior shoreline. 4 bedrooms-- with 10 beds (4 Full size, 5 queen, to 1 King), 2 sectionals, 2 futons, etc... 4 Bathrooms (3.5 baths, including one custom clawfoot bathtub), a porch, fireplace, fire ring, and a beautiful kitchen. Please come and check out this secluded slice of Heaven located at the end of a 3 mile gravel road.

This house is a great opportunity to bring together loved ones and enjoy quiet time secluded on 10 acres just 20 miles from downtown Duluth. This property abounds with million dollar views, wildlife, and stars you can't imagine. Come spend time with your group on the beach or in the spacious main house around a fire on a cold winters' eve.

Bottom line. this is the perfect property for your family vacation. The only other residents on our road are retired, so we prefer to cater to family gatherings to enjoy our beautiful serenity and the north woods, slow-paced, lifestyle.

If you are looking for weddings or large gatherings, we own the property right next door-- Combining the two we can accommodate 30-35 people in our 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. If you're interested in learning more, please let us know. Would love to help you accommodate your group :)

Great property with plenty of room for our family of 10. Safe for the small kids and privacy for everyone. Easy space to make meals and just hang out together playing games, etc. Close to a great state park and beautiful views of the lake from the house.

Beautiful House

The place was in excellent condition. We loved the 4 bathrooms and huge kitchen. 20 minutes from Superior for anything you need. We day tripped to Bayfield in 90 minutes. The highlight was having a fire on the beach at the end of the road.

Wonderful stay!

This beautiful home is the perfect spot for a large family or multiple families. There was so much space for everyone and it had everything we needed. We stayed while attending a conference in Duluth, which was a very easy drive from this property. We’d love to stay again.

Peaceful and great location!

House was very large and had something for everyone. There was 11 of us and 7 were teenagers. Beach was beautiful! Great location if you are looking to explore Madeline Island and Duluth area.

Great place for a family gathering. Lots of room to spread out but a spacious and cozy living room to gather, play games and be together. We were unable to connect to WiFi with the home’s hot spot- my son had his along so we were able to slowly connect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was amazing!

Family trip

Incredible views and a great space to gather our family to celebrate our mother’s 70th birthday and Easter. It’s a little further out from town but you will not regret the drive, the view and lake access make it all worth it! Updated home with lots of space and cozy fireplace.

Lovely home. Great communication. The only thing we wish we would have been made aware of ahead of time before booking was that the WiFi is very slow. It was to be a working vacation and that was made rough due to the speed of the WiFi.

Lovely Spot on Lake Superior

We were a high school robotics team of students and adult mentors in town for a competition in Duluth. The house served our needs well and allowed us to come together for team meals and meetings.

We really enjoyed the property! The access to the lake was wonderful along with the proximity to towns. It made for a great balance of activity and peacefulness. The size of the house was perfect with so many options for a big group!

Family Getaway
