I’m genuinely sorry that your stay did not meet the standard we expect for our guests, especially considering the amount you invested in your vacation. The AC issue, in particular, is unacceptable given the temperatures during your arrival. Regardless of what caused the problem, you should not have had to spend your first night without proper air conditioning, and we should have followed up with you directly to make sure the issue was fully resolved. I also completely understand your frustration regarding the supplies. A group of six staying for an entire week should have been provided with a more appropriate starter supply of essentials, and we should have communicated clearly what was and wasn’t included. We’re reviewing our stocking process so future guests aren’t put in that position. Most importantly, the cleanliness concerns you mentioned are being taken seriously. Stained furniture and rugs, crumbs inside cabinets and drawers, dead bugs, dirty corners, walls, and the condition of the linens are not the experience we want anyone to have. We are addressing these items with our cleaning team and reviewing the property more thoroughly between stays. We’ll also be evaluating the cookware and other items that need updating. I’m glad you enjoyed the game room and found the beds comfortable, but I recognize that those positives don’t make up for the problems you encountered. We truly appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Your feedback has given us a clear list of areas where we need to improve, and we are taking action rather than simply passing the concerns along.
