The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the lake and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, deck chair, and children's playground. All facilities of Residence Ruculi can be used (approx. 3 km away): laundry, restaurant, outdoor pool, children's pool and indoor pool, sauna and fitness room. Cot and high chair available upon request, subject to availability.

Your holiday apartment offers 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating. The entrance is on the upper floor and leads directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa and TV. You have access to the 8 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture and 1 sunlounger. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, gas stove, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Tignale, 450 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is situated on a 2500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartments GAR TIG 006 (6 people) and GAR TIG 007 (6 people) are located in the same house. Tignale is a union of six villages scattered on a plateau above the western Lake Garda. This place is the ideal spot for complete relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of the lake. Access is via a side road (gravel or grit, length 5 m). Parking (for 10 cars) on the property.
