Beautiful renovated bungalow (with about 80 square meters) right on the lake with lots of privacy. Just one flight of stairs and you're in the water. Incredible view over the lake, large, partially covered terrace with open fireplace with barbecue, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 bunk beds), newly renovated bathroom with shower / toilet, washing machine, kitchen with 4 ceramic hob - oven with convection, dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator with freezer. Small garden to relax. Two surfboards are available for paddling. The parking lot is in front of the house.
