Great layout of bedrooms, recommended for a large family.The kitchen had enough plates, bowls, cutlery, cooking utensils, but only 1 tea towel and no dish rack, which wasn’t great for 9 people. Liquid hand soap in washroom was empty and a small bar of soap had to be shared which wasn’t ideal. Place was quiet and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Felt stickers on the chair legs might help with the sound when pulling the chairs out to sit down. Lovely renovated windows. Great location to access sites and lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries within walking distance.

Great location!

Enjoyed staying at this cozy apartment. All major attractions including The Louvre, Montmartre, Patheon, Opera Garnier, and anything in between are within 30 min walking distance. Tons of restaurant options and one of the food tours we did actually ended at a store in a few blocks. The apartment has 4 double beds and one of the rooms had an additional single bed so we did not have to use the sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen has all essential stuff for quick breakfast fixes. Sufficient towels were provided. Easy communication thru VRBO and Whatsapp. A little bit of attention to cleaning, especially bedding and pillows, would make this apartment outstanding.

Great Location

Although the property needed a good cleaning (dusty, items left in cabinets from previous guests, and underwear from previous guests found behind the couch), it was a safe and well located apartment. The laundry machine did not work and one representative stated "yeah, it doesn't," but the next day, when the Wi-Fi stopped working, the person who fixed the WiFi was able to get the machine working as well. Also, there are two sofa couches but, due to the arrangement of the room (they are at 90 degree angles to each other), only one can be used at a time.

Spacious apartment, but the main entrance to the building was tired and unbefitting of the listing online. Staircase leading up to the apartment was also in disrepair and frankly hazardous, particularly when carrying luggage up. Elevator is not working. Lighting for the staircase/common area was not working on the second floor which made matters worse. Garbage collection area was in the common area hallway leading to the staircase; a bit unsightly. One pillow in the main living area had an extremely unpleasant odour, and was in need of cleaning.Otherwise, the apartment itself was pleasant enough, and certainly spacious. All of the furniture and appliances were in good repair.Landlord would simply be well advised to invest in improving the common areas of the apartment, to bring them up to the standards of the apartment itself.

The location was great! And the room layout was very good. But the apartment was lacking in appointments and finishings. Beds were unmade when we arrived. All three sinks were dirty. No dish drying rack. No towel bars anywhere. We put up command hooks to hold our towels. The two sofas were in need of cleaning, spill spots all over them. And only two mirrors in the entire place. We had to replace one shower head because it leaked so bad. And the stairs were dark, needs better lighting.Also the entry hall was rather messy. A lock box to collect the key and deposit it upon leaving is typically provided.
