Forty foot shipping container converted to studio accommodation, fully self contained, separate bathroom, kitchen facilities, TV, WIFI, amazing rural views, large deck, only 4kms to town centre, central to Rotorua, Taupo, Tauranga, Hamilton, Cambridge etc, secured overnight parking, milk, coffee, tea and some breakfast items provided, a friendly atmosphere with added attractions minutes from town

We had staff booked into Jans and they were very happy with the overall set up. Clean and cosy.Lovely and quiet. Friendly hosts. Definately will use again

Pineapple Bliss in Tokoroa

Wife and I had a quiet, relaxing, enjoyable stay. Jan and Bill let us have our space, yet were warm and friendly for the brief moments we did get to chat. Enjoyed the peaceful and scenic rural setting. The space was simple, yet comfortable. Well stocked with amenities. I would stay again next time I’m traveling that way. Mahalo

Lovely, quiet location - great hosts!

We loved the location, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the accommodation was ideal for our two-night stay. We appreciated the little things like having tea/coffee/fruit bursts provided. We also loved the dogs, cats and birds that the owners have!

Tokoroa hideaway

We were looking for somewhere to stay with our two dogs, a Pomeranian and a Border Collie. This was perfect for what we needed, place for the dogs to do their business and comfortable for us. We were able to travel to Karangahake Gorge to do the amazing walk there and the following day to do some walks around Rotorua.

Great rural spot close to town

Great spot to enjoy a rural setting but still be close to town. Everything you need in the container and the fenced area outside for the dog was great. The hosts were very friendly and the place was nice and private.
