From plush linens and bathrobes to Starbucks® K Cups and L'Occitane bath products, every detail is thoughtfully considered. Additional amenities include pool towels, bottled water, laundry and dishwasher pods, and more to make your stay effortless.

The outdoor space is where this home truly shines. Spend your mornings by the pool with mountain views, afternoons playing bocce or ping pong, and evenings gathered under the covered dining pavilion or around the fire pit. The backyard is fully enclosed and private, creating a peaceful setting whether you are entertaining or simply unwinding.

Inside, the home is designed for comfort and privacy. The two bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the house, each with its own ensuite bathroom, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, and sliding doors that open directly to the backyard. The layout makes it ideal for couples or friends traveling together who want their own space while still enjoying the home as a whole.

The main living area centers around a gas fireplace and opens seamlessly to both the front and backyard through dual sliding doors, bringing in natural light and creating an easy indoor outdoor flow. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, whether you are preparing a quiet breakfast or hosting dinner under the desert sky. Guests are also welcome to enjoy fruit from the grapefruit, lime, and Meyer lemon trees when in season.

The home was fully repiped in April 2026, providing strong and consistent water pressure throughout.

Guest access:
You will be greeted by Luxsy and given a door and gate code. Complete access to the entire property, including the garage with a ping pong table. Please park only in the driveway. An EV plug is available, though guests must provide their own charger.

PET FEE: Pets must be approved in writing. A $150 per pet fee (MAX 2 pets) will be added to the reservation after you book on Airbnb. Additionally, there is a $500 pet deposit that is refundable if no damage occurs. These pet costs will be added after your reservation is made. Failure to pay these fees within 24 hours of booking will cancel your reservation.

*Optional pool/spa heating can be added after booking for $59 per day.

*You must be 25 years or older to rent a vacation home and no outdoor music is allowed in Palm Springs.

*A Rental Guardian policy is included with the Cleaning Fee.
