This wonderfully appointed home has one of the most amazing backyards in Sunrise Park, a quiet neighborhood in Central Palm Springs and close to downtown. This home’s very large, very private outdoor space with lush tropical landscaping, saltwater pool, custom spa, sunning lounges, covered dining, large gas grill and gorgeous unobstructed mountain views make it the perfect spot for relaxing in the sun. Of course, the cleanly designed indoor areas are also great for entertaining, whether it’s cozied up near the living room fireplace, or enjoying the morning coffee with a view from the kitchen and dining rooms.

This home offers 3 great bedrooms for you and your guests to relax in. The first bedroom is just off the living room and features a queen bed. The second guest bedroom offers plenty of closet space and queen size bed. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, sliding glass walk-out, and en suite bath.

Also important to note, is a 2 car garage, in-unit W/D, and all stainless steel kitchen appliances.

Perfect Palm Springs getaway.

We have rented many houses in Palm Springs and I rate this house one of the best. Great location and the landscaped yard is fantastic. The house is well decorated and very comfortable. Will rent again next year.

Sweet Home - with Privacy

Great little home with a private backyard pool. This home worked great for a girlfriends weekend. Honestly spent most of our days just sitting around the pool and being in the backyard.

From the moment we arrived to the day we left we couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations. The backyard, pool and spa area was simply outstanding! A Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

A wonderful property with one of the most beautiful yards I’ve ever seen in Palm Springs. The owners have really gone above and beyond to provide a relaxing comfortable vacation. The beds and sheets are very comfortable which is so important on vacation. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with everything you could think of. A Keurig coffee maker with pods is provided. The houses location is very quiet. Very peaceful. The location is really close to many great restaurants and shopping. We would recommend this home to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation.

Paradise perfection

We appreciated the check in process, Kristin showed us the around the property and the function of the pool and spa. It was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. Just to relax and enjoy the snow capped mountains was a morning and evening ritual. It felt like you are in your own world, not a noise around with the exception of the mockingbirds. Loved PS Can’t wait until next year. What a wonderful experience.

Love this house

This is our second stay at the house. Last year we stayed two weeks and this year we stayed one month. We have already booked a month for next year. The house has a great location and is very comfortable. The backyard is fantastic. It is full of large palm trees and flowering bushes. The house and yard are immaculate. The owners have updated the kitchen and bathrooms and are very well done. The owners and manager could not be nicer or more helpful. This is a perfect house to enjoy all Palm Springs has to offer.

Gorgeous house and oasis backyard

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful house. The house is modern and clean with really nice touches like coffee provided and shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. TVs in all bedrooms, cozy beds, and fluffy beach towels. The backyard is fantastic with lots of lawn chairs, a gas grill, and large table and chairs. A true peaceful oasis! Kristin, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. I did have issues getting owners to respond on VRBO but once I got connected to Kristin communication with her was excellent. Would love to return to this house!

Cool 1960s Palm Springs Vibe!

We had a 10 day stay in this beautiful VRBO! It is very clean and very well-maintained. The home is equipped with all of the daily necessities and the furniture and decor are absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail on this home is very special. The backyard has a beautiful pool and spa with an expansive desert back yard and a mountain view. The location is excellent. Just a few minutes to Palm Canyon Drive and easy access to the other desert cities. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.. The owner and property manager are wonderful to work with. They had excellent communication and are genuinely very nice people. We would be very happy to stay there again! Thank you for our wonderful stay!!

We were met at this wonderful property by the very helpful and informative manager Kristin, who told us the air conditioning wasn't working at it's optimum, and as the temperature was 44⁰C could offer us alternative accommodation, just 2 minutes away, until the problem was fixed. We were also given the option to stay at the new property for the whole of our visit, if we preferred it to the original. There was absolutely no pressure to make a decision that day.The 2nd property was amazing and bigger than our original choice, however the outdoor space, which was great, was slightly less colourful and didn't offer the same views.We decided the next day to move back to our original choice, which was no problem for Kristin who kept us up to date on the progress of the air conditioning engineer, and met us again to check the temperature before we moved back.The property itself was well equipped (I can recommend the coffe pods) with a great decor, and very clean. The outdoor space and pool were perfect with great views of the mountains.The owners Ike and Maribel were lovely with great communication. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary.We would definitely book this property again. Thank you Ike, Maribel and Kristin for making our stay so wonderful

I brought two of my nieces (ages 15 & 19) to Palm Springs for a getaway. This house was perfect! We loved everything about it. I could go on & on about the location & cleanliness & the well stocked kitchen & the tasteful decor & the comfy beds (it was all top notch) but the thing that I loved most was that this house was the perfect space to hang out with two of my favorite people. It was comfortable & simply lovely. The back yard & pool could not have been better. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day out. Thank you for sharing this house. None of wanted to leave :)

A wonderful stay

Everything about this home was just perfect! We had a wonderful time here. It’s close to the airport (like really close!), close to downtown Palm Springs, everything was so crisp and clean and well-thought out (beach towels on the beds, phone chargers on the bedside tables, etc), great kitchen set up, and let’s not forget the pool! The backyard is like a little resort and we enjoyed spending much of our time just lounging and swimming. The kids named the giant flamingo float Franco, so that’s it’s name now ;-) We already decided that we will try to get this property for our next Palm Springs visit. Kristin the property manager was super communicative during check in and check out and gave us a very thorough tour. Not a single complaint to make. Perfect experience!
