Located at an altitude of 500m, which allows it to benefit from a perfect climate and a nice view.

On the ground floor, you will discover a large living room with lounge area, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. A scullery will allow you to have storage space. This bright living room gives access on the sea side to the large veranda and the swimming pool in the extension and on the other side to a more intimate space in the middle of the vegetation. You will also find a master suite with a 140 cm double bed with its shower room and separate toilets.
