Lake and Mountain Views

Welcome to our quaint Cabin! Super cute and comfortable fully equipped cabin! When you drive up you will find a great view plenty of parking for all the your boats and toys! The large front covered porch offering plenty of seating. Once you enter the Cabin you will be very delighted to find a very open and airy living space offering cathedral ceiling and an awesome lake view! The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of seating, dining table and bar area. The kitchen is open to the living room. There is a large second full bath that also offering a laundry area as well. The first floor large Primary bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed and private bath that has a beautiful lake view to wake up to! Second floor bedroom offers two queen size beds. There is very large covered rear deck with plenty of seating to sit and enjoy the lake and mountain views and watch the boats go by. If you’re a early riser, you just may spot wild life feeding in the yard. Also under the rear deck area there is a ping pong table, portal basket ball hoop (bring your ball) corn hole game and large Jenga game and a fire pit is in the front yard. Sunset Marina & beach within 7 min drive. You wont want to leave this tranquil cozy cabin, very serene! Enjoy your stay!

Directions for making safe hummingbird food:
Mix 1 part sugar with 4 parts water (for example, 1 cup of sugar with 4 cups of water) until the sugar is dissolved. Also there is bird food for the feeders in the cabinet on rear deck. 🦜🦅

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash all dishes and put back where you got them.
Please make sure you to place the air up to 75 when you check out in Spring & Summer Fall and winter please place heat to 60
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All trash must be placed in large trash bag then put in outside cans. No loose trash in cans or ground. $100 service fee if not done.
Please wash and put away all dishes. Cleaning service doesn’t provide dish service. $100 Service fee if not done.
Please do not allow children who still have accident’s to sleep on living room furniture. Service fee of $300 to clean

best thing about this house was the back porch. we were outside the whole time with the beautiful view. house was very nice, beds were comfortable, neighborhood was super quiet, deer were plentiful. overall great stay!
