Welcome to our downtown luxury home! This home has everything a large group needs. With three stories this home has plenty of space for everyone! The main floor is an open concept with a living room with TV and kitchen, and a half bath. On the second floor you'll find the master suite, two other bedrooms, two full bathrooms as well as a laundry room. All bedrooms have smart tv's! The third floor is a large bonus room with tv, foosball table, bar, dining area and half-bath!

Perfect fit for our family!

So grateful to have found this home for our mom’s 70th birthday getaway! Everything was as described and then some. The little details - being well-supplied from coffee k-cups to toiletries - to the more significant aspects like off-street parking and a quiet neighborhood made a big difference. Super responsive host as well. Plus, the house itself was both charming and fun. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay

A lovely house in a great little area. House was spotless and well stocked. We had 10 of us but it didn’t feel crowded. Instructions were super clear and expectations were met. Easy to get to local attractions. All in all a great place to stay, we would return and I highly recommend.

Great property. All bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen was fully loaded. Even included some things we forget like shaving cream and q-tips. It's conveniently located but it is right on the border of a rough neighborhood.

Perfect girls getaway

This home was perfect for our girls trip. We instantly fell in love with the detail in decoration. This house is also very close to the farmers market which allowed us to walk there for breakfast pastries one morning. Great stay!

Family time

We really enjoyed this property. It allowed us family time on the first floor while the kids slept upstairs. Germantown had great restaurants and the farmers market nearby was fun. We even walked downtown one day (kind of a hike) to help clear our heads and wasn’t that bad of a walk. We really enjoyed this house.

Family Nashville trip

This place looks just like the pictures and has lots of space for a large family, as well as many amenities. It’s in an excellent location, only a mile or 2 from downtown!! It was the perfect place for easy access to most of the places we wanted to visit!
