Whether you are looking for luxury or a place to relax for family we have you covered. Downtown neighborhood very convenient to most tourist attractions.
Home new in 2016 with all the modern conveniences. Open layout on main level so there's plenty of room to spread out for guests. For a more intimate setting there is another living room complete with fridge and microwave in the basement suite. Great for grandparents as the basement opens into the back yard and there is parking in the alley. Kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook meals there or have something delivered (if you opt to go out restaurants/cafes/food court are a short walk or drive)
We have lived several years in neighborhood and know fun places to go for families and friends. Some local baby equipment options are available upon request.

Family Getaway to Nashville

This is one of the best properties we've ever rented through VRBO! The home is beautiful, clean, well equipped, and in a great location. It was the perfect place for our family of six adults to stay while in Nashville. It's about an 8-minute Uber ride to get to Broadway, which was really easy. We Ubered back and forth each day/night. The property owner/host is outstanding! She is very detailed, responsive, and is so very kind. We had to reach out a couple of times while there, and she was really fabulous! She also was very communicative prior to our trip, which was so appreciated. We knew exactly what to expect with regard to check-in, etc. The neighbors are also wonderful and very friendly, which is just another plus. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this property and this host. If looking for a great place to stay while in Nashville, this is the place to rent! We'll definitely try to book it again on our next Nashville trip!!

Great Launch Pad for Nashville and Area

The house is better than advertised.. Comfortable spaces all over. Easy location to get to bars on Broadway. Excellent highway access for airport, The Hermitage, and surrounding areas.

We are both from Alabama and ended up in Nashville by way of Kansas City. We have a design/build company and decided to keep this house to rent to out of town guests. Our own primary home is next door.

What makes this property unique

Walk out basement is great because it has its own sleeping space, bathroom, laundry, fridge and microwave. Ideal for families travelling who want a more private space for parents. Also ideal for companies wanting a place where three employees can have their own bathroom. Sometimes during the week we will rent out the walk out basement only if part of your party is arriving early.
