Quiet Beach Access

Beautiful, quiet resort at the end of a street. Calm and peaceful, plenty of room. Rooms were well equipped and fairly modern, had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing week!

Nice and peaceful

We wanted a peaceful November weekend at the beach to fish, play putt putt, enjoy the hot tub, pool (well the kids did) play pickle ball, shoot some baskets, and relax. The unit was nice and updated. The area is also quiet and peaceful.

We had a great time. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Having teenagers they struggled with the weak WiFi signal, but that wasn’t a big issue for me. I give this property 5 stars and would book it again.

This is a great place for the view of the ocean!! Loved the updated shower, and the overall cleanliness of this unit was amazing. However, the sofa and master bed left alot to be desired. The sofa was broken, and was very low to ground. Still had great time, just sat on the balcony more.

One thing to report

The only thing about this property to report when we checked in is one of the shower doors in the master bath would not slide. Looked to be missing a roller on one end.

The furniture is not as pictured and it is for sure not an upgrade to the photos. The furniture could use a very deep cleaning if not being replaced. The chairs are nasty. The second bath has been updated and is very nice. The master bath could use a updating as well but overall the only issue was the furniture.

Fantastic

Tremendous views. Lovely balcony. Remodeled kitchen with every pan, utensil, or devise thought of! Comfortable beds. Great new sinks and lovely bathroom set up. However that Jacuzzi tub desperately needs a handicapped bar to help you stand up. The sleeper sofa had a bent/broken metal bar but we were told it would be repaired. We did not need the bed anyway. Pillows and Bedspreads could use a washing. Loved having the washer dryer in the unit. Fast elevators and lovely beach to walk on. Separated from the hubbub of Myrtle Beach in a very safe location.

Did not meet our expectations

Location and the comfortable king bed was the only thing this property had going for it! This condo needs a good old fashioned cleaning! The floors had not been cleaned in only the Lord knows how long! The living room furniture was absolutely filthy! We took sheets and blankets to cover them during our stay. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony with that perfect ocean view because the outdoor furniture was unusable. Every time we went out, getting back in with the key pad was a challenge! It would take 3 or 4 tries to unlock the door. Yes the kitchen was fully furnished with so much that the food for meals and snacks we brought had to be left out on the counter or table due to no empty cabinet space. I am sorry to write such a negative review but all this is the truth with no exaggerations!

Won't stay here again

The only things this condo has going for it is the view and the comfortable king bed in the master bedroom. We are not ones to wear our shoes indoors. The floors of this condo were so dirty we had to wash our feet before putting on our shoes! The furniture in the living room was so dirty we took the extra sheets and blankets to cover them. We could not enjoy the wonderful view on the balcony because the patio furniture was unusable! Yes the kitchen is fully furnished but so furnished that any groceries we bought we had to keep in the bags because there was no room in the cabinets to store them. And oh that key pad on the door to enter the condo! It would take 2 or 3 times trying to enter the code before we could unlock it. I am not one to give bad reviews but all that I have said about this condo is the truth with no exaggeration!

Ok place... needs some work

Not as nice as pictured, but was an ok place. Master bathroom has ceiling peeling away and a lot of work needed at seam areas. Master bedroom did not have power for lights or outlets. I reset the breaker several times and did get contact from Vacasa to try to remedy the situation. Couch and chairs in living room need a cleaning and becoming quite worn. Floor areas throughout place had gaps in which little toes could get injured. Balcony not useable throughout building, which is not the owner's fault. I will be watching for my 10% credit to my credit card Vacasa assured me I would get after our stay because of the situation. Kitchen is nice and with essentials. Beachfront seemed nice and quiet for the area.

No balcony- no assistance- no deal!

The balcony debacle was a major problem. We were not for warned about it in any of the booking or listings concerning the property and any construction that prohibited the use of the balcony. I complained to the Vacasa help line- they took my name and number and I never heard from them again. The balcony situation was unacceptable and was a deal breaker in my view but I got no response from the company or guest services. Full disclosure of this matter would have allowed me to book elsewhere and fully enjoy my beach front location. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. They place was nice and clean,’everything in its place. I love sitting outside and watching the ocean in the mornings. We took advantage of the hot tub and pool, both were awesome!

Great Place at the Beach

My wife and I were looking for a quick getaway, and this condo provided that. Beach access, parking, and local restaurants were all convenient. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves, and taking in the beautiful view. Some of the furnishings are in need of a refresh.

Never again!!!!

Dirty, had to clean, buy sheets and pillows. Everything was old and dirty and stunk like old cigarettes. Very poor representation. I paid the most of the three groups that came and mine was by far the worst!!!

We absolutely loved our stay highly recommend!!

We have been going to Mrytle for several years and this was the first time we decided to try a different place and we truly had no regrets!! As a father of 4 daughters I can speak for all of them and my wife and say this was by far our best trip and our room was beautiful and well kept!! We were right in the beach and it wasn’t too crowded either!!! We definitely will be coming back here next year!!!
