Wir fĂŒhlten uns wohl u. willkommen !

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr Hilfbereit ! Sie bewohnten in der Zeit ein kleineres GebĂ€ude direkt neben an und trozdem ist man total ungestört. Sie haben ein kleinen Hund (Sammy) der einfach nur sĂŒĂŸ ist und uns immer begrĂŒĂŸen gekommen ist..... Der Wohnbereich wie beschrieben mit den Zimmer. Im oberen Bereich 2 Doppelbetten je Zimmer und im unteren 1 Doppelbett im Zimmer. Die Schlafzimmer sind ohne Klima was uns im unteren Bereich nicht störte. Aber unseren Bekannten die den oberen Bereich nuzten war es ohne Klima ein wenig zu warm ohne Klima. Da kein Fliegengitter ( StechmĂŒcken) am Fenster vorhanden waren trauten sie auch nicht fĂŒr nachts die Fenster zu öffnen so das zumindestens ein bisschen Luft rein kam...... Eine Klimaanlage ist nur im Bereich Wohnzimmer. Wir sind mit Auto angereist und wĂŒrden es wieder buchen. TIP: Ein kleiner Ventilator kann man ja mitbringen :-)

Schönes Haus, sehr nette Vermieter :)

Das Ferienhaus ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet mit genug Platz fĂŒr alle auf zwei Etagen. Es gibt eine ĂŒberdachte Unterstellmöglichkeit fĂŒrs Auto direkt nebenan. Die Vermieterfamilie bewohnt einen abgetrennten Bereich im Haus und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne stĂ€ndig prĂ€sent zu sein, sehr angenehm. Im Ort gibt es zwei SupermĂ€rkte mit Geldautomat und eine Apotheke. Bis zur nĂ€chstgrĂ¶ĂŸeren Stadt Rovinj sind es ca. 6 km, dort findet man alle GeschĂ€fte, die man sonst so braucht. Insgesamt ein rundum schöner Urlaub! Wir können dieses Ferienhaus empfehlen!
