The apartment Oaza is located 2.5 km from the historical center of the beautiful town of Rovinj. It is located 300m from the seaside and there are nice beaches there, especially for youth and children. There is a private parking lot in front of the apartment. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2016 and it's up to 4 persons. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids. You’ll love the place because it is in a quiet and peaceful area, with low traffic and a children playground nearby.

A very nice apartment with the great kitchen. A fantastic host that welcomed us with cakes and a liquor. Great beach is a short stroll away with a nice caffe and a clean water.

Great Place

Great apartment a little over a mile from the old town. Eva is fantastic she even helped me move my car when I got stuck in the narrow streets!

Eva was such a great host, she greeted us and showed us the apt. And went over where things were located etc. She is helpful making suggestions for other activity. She shared some of her fruit infused liqueur, that was very good. She also shared some of her homemade crepes with honey. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ruhige und zweckmäßige Wohnung etwas außerhalb von Rovignj. Perfekt für eine Stadtbesichtigung, aber auch für Badeurlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlich empfangen.

Wohnung war sauber. Alles da was man braucht! Gastgeberin war nett und freundlich. Haben leckere Pfannkuchen und einen leckeren selbergemachten Schnaps sowie Obst zur Begrüßung erhalten. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Strand lässt sich fußläufig sehr gut erreichen! Zu Fuß in die Altstadt von Rovinj gehts immer am Meer entlang - herrlich! Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Die Wohnung hält was sie verspricht , sehr gute Ausstattung, man hat wirklich alles . Die Lage ist gut , man ist nicht sehr weit vom Schuss, hat aber auch seine Ruhe. Eva ist eine sehr liebe und freundliche Gastgeberin, wir hatten ihre leckeren Pfannkucn sehr genossen! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Rovinj!

Es war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Rovin ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Die Pfannkuchen waren sehr lecker. Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit netter Gastgeberin

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, es gibt auch eine Wasch- und eine Spülmaschine. Die Gastgeberin Eva ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar mehrfach mit leckeren Pfannkuchen versorgt (Danke!!).Uns hat gut gefallen, dass man zu Fuß das Meer und verschiedene Restaurants erreichen kann. Man kann auch problemlos ca. eine halbe Stunde am Meer zu Fuß nach Rovinj laufen. Uns hat nur die Terrasse nicht gut gefallen: Da die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt, sitzt man dort draußen etwas beengt und ohne Aussicht. Abgesehen davon haben wir uns aber wohlgefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Rovinj ist wunderschön

Wir wurden mit einem wunderschönen Blumenstrauß, einem Likörchen und einem leckeren Kuchen herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sauber, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ursprünglich wollten mein Mann und ich mit dem Auto fahren. Da es meinem Mann gesundheitlich nicht so gut ging, haben wir noch einen Flug buchen können. Eva und ihre Schwester Lenka sind mit uns einkaufen gefahren und haben uns die Gegend gezeigt. So viel Herzenswärme und Hilfsbereitschaft findet man heutzutage selten. An dieser Stelle nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Eva und Lenka. Hier noch ein paar Tipps: Hinter den Spielgeräten auf dem Wasser für die Kinder gibt es eine schöne Beach Bar. Ca. 10 Meter weiter davon Richtung Rovinj gibt es ein Restaurant "Pizza Grill". Hier kann man gut essen. Geht man von der Wohnung aus Richtung Wasser, kann man links in der Ferienanlage gut essen und gemütlich sitzen mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Wasser. Fährt man mit dem Auto von der Wohnung kommend geradeaus am Hundestrand vorbei, kann man in der Beach Bar Rovinj, VAL DE LESSO 22, auch sehr gut essen. Alles liegt in einem Waldstück mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf das Wasser. Fazit: Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Rovinj ist wunderschön und eine Reise wert. Liebe Grüße Sabine und Hildebrand Voigt

Abseits vom Trubel und dennoch nah genug

In einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ca. 2 km von der Altstadt entfernt liegt das kleine Appartement in Hanglage / Souterrain. Zweckmäßig und ordentlich ausgestattet, sauber, gut eingerichtete und funktionale Küche. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Bei der Anreise fanden wir einen kleinen leckeren selbstgebackenen Kuchen vor, wurden während des Aufenthalts mit Hingabe an Informationen versorgt und zum Abschied gab es nochmal Kuchen für die Heimfahrt. Schon deshalb verdient der Aufenthalt eigentlich 6 Sterne :-)

Toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten bisher selten eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Es war fast wie zu Hause. Eva ist eine super nette Vermieterin, die uns mit frischen Tomaten und Basilikum versorgt hat und auch sonst immer gute Tipps für uns hatte.

Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben unsere 10 Tage in dieser Wohnung und der wunderschönen Umgebung von Rovinj sehr genossen. Eva ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und Ansprechpartnerin. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt.

Erholsamer Urlaub, in wunderbarer Wohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Eva‘s Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles sehr schön, stimmig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ob reichlich Geschirr, Handtücher oder sogar Kerzen … alles war vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand mit Beachbar und zu einigen Restaurants. Rovinj ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings mit kleinen Kindern sollte man eher eine Autofahrt einplanen. Mit Eva hatten wir eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Danke nochmal fürs versorgen mit den Leckereien, außerdem danke für deine Tipps und vor allem ein herzliches Dankeschön für die Hilfe selbst nach unserer Abreise :)

Super schöne Ferienwohnung und super nette Gastgeber

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, um sich wohlzufühlen. Auch die Größe der Wohnung ist optimal für eine Familie mit Kind/Kindern. Die Lage ist super. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer. Die Gastgeber/Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir wurden mit leckerem Likör, Salat und Kuchen verwöhnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und wünschen alles Liebe und Gute.

Super schöne sonnige Tage in Istrien direkt vor Rovinj

Das moderne und gepflegte Appartement von Eva ist ideal für einen schönen Urlaub in Istrien: Ein kurzer 10 minütiger Weg zum Strand in der Bucht mit Blick gen Süden auf Rovinj, etwas weiter in 10 Minuten tolle Felsbänke mit Schatten spendenden Pinienbäumen und glasklaren türkisem Wasser - mit vielen Fischen. Unsere Roll-Liegen haben uns sehr bequeme Urlaubstage dort beschert. In der Bucht gibt es eine Strandbar mit abendlichen Live-Musikern und ein super nettes Familienrestaurant mit Cevapcici, Calamaris & lecker Co. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine Klimaanlage für kühle erholsame Nächte. Und ein Grill zum Barbecue der Einkäufe aus dem nahegelegenen Kaufland, an dessen Kreisel es auch ein super Lokal mit Spanferkel und anderen leckeren Fleischgerichten gibt, wenn man nicht zu Hause kochen will. Eva ist eine tolle Gastgeberin mit Pfannkuchen und Quittenlikör zum Empfang und süßen Feigen zum Abschied. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, erholt und kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)))

ALLES SUPER !!!

Die Unterkunft ist mit Allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist idela ruhig gelegen, der kleine Strand für ein erstes Bad ist in 200 Metern gelegen. Alle anderen Strände, Rovinj und sämtliche Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
