This large (1400sq. ft), new condo, just refurbished is on the top floor of the wonderfully located in Granvia, a safe and secure gated luxury development in the best location, right in the heart of Grace Bay, Providenciales.

A very short walk from one of the best points on the world #1 Grace Bay Beach and probably the most convenient location on the island with every amenity within walking distance.

The condo is so well located that it is less than 2 minutes to walk to the Gourmet grocery store and walking distance to many of the finest restaurants and stores on the island. It is possible to stay here without renting a car!

The building is one road back from the beach, in the area with the most luxurious hotels (Grace Bay Club, Seven Stars & The Ritz Carlton are the closest).

The condo is in a new building completed in 2019. As such, it has all the modern touches.

This was a great property! We were two couples staying - easy walk to the beach. Centrally located to shops, resorts and great dining options. Grocery store very close by. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and condo has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and Central Location

We had a great trip and thoroughly enjoyed this property. There were plenty of amenities to make our stay more relaxing and comfortable. It was centrally located in Grace Bay. We didn't rent a car, but were able to walk to restaurants and the beach easily. The property itself was clean and quiet. Adam was great in his response time to any questions/concerns that we had during the trip.

The Best Place to Stay in Grace Bay!

My stay at Adam's place was beyond amazing! The proximity to the beach and local grocery store was perfect. The condo was clean and with all the amenities listed. The balcony had beautiful scenery and everything worked out great for our girls trip. Adam was very kind, understanding and always provided great communication. I will come back here to stay anytime that I am in Grace Bay!

The unit was exactly as advertised. Extremely clean, modern, well supplied and perfectly located. Did not rent a car and walked everywhere. Adam was very responsive and helpful with suggestions and advice on how to navigate the location. Perfect vacation with the family!

Perfect unit in the perfect area

We just checked out of this unit and absolutely loved our stay! This unit is very clean and well equipped. We did a mix of cooking our meals in and going out to eat. Wonderful selection of really good restaurants are very close by and within a short walk. There is a gourmet grocery store right across the street which has an amazing selection of meats and produce as well as everything else you could want. The grocery store also had a nice selection of wines, beer and liquor. The main strip of Grace Bay is a very short walk out your front door. Same goes for the public beach of Grace Bay Beach. An absolutely stunning beach with nice, turquoise water. The beds were also amazing - like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you for having us!
