Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No more than 6 people on the property at any one time. Violation could result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Quiet hours 10pm-7am.
Make-up towels are provided. If white towels are damaged from make-up/spill stains, a claim will be filed for cost of replacement.
No smoking (of any kind) or vaping in the home or anywhere on the property at any time. If violated, removal without refund will occur.

The AC would not let you go below 69. However, the AC wouldn’t even get to 69 at night, and this was in early April. We had to sleep with bedroom doors open to try to increase circulation and it was still 73 at night. I would have never booked this property had I known that.

We wish we had received communication during the stay and we could have easily addressed this in real time. There is a preset limit of 69° to prevent damage to the HVAC unit, which can occur when leaving exterior doors open and by exceeding maximum occupancy- both of which occurred during this stay. We appreciate the feedback.

The house was easy to find in a good residential neighborhood. Once inside, it looked just like the pictures which was a great thing! The home is beautifully updated, clean and very comfortable. If we're in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

Oh my gosh what a perfect place to have as a home base for Girls’ Weekend Out Shopping palooza! Everything was so clean and nice. The hosts provided plenty of towels, trash bags, and laundry tabs just in case they were needed. Ample wine glasses and utensils including 2 corkscrews. The garage door opener and access was a plus. Coffee and sweeteners were available as well. I’ve been to a lot of VRBOs and this one really put the guests’ needs first. The neighborhood is convenient and safe. I can’t say thank you enough for the clean, reasonably priced home away from home!

What a beautiful and comfy place!!! I would love to go back and have another vacation . We were there for a week and it was perfect. The house was well equipped with little details cook, rest, and good sleep. Also the location was very convenient to Dallas area. Brian, the host, was very helpful and prompt.
