Great location to where we were headed. Joy was great as there were some issues with access and the refrigerator in the kitchen. She was quick to respond and we made it through.

Property was nice. Convenient to all shopping and activities. Small problem with ants and property was not cleaned prior to arrival. The host did send out the cleaning team which we did appreciated. Overall, we had a nice time in Dallas. I would recommend this property to others.

We are glad that you enjoyed the property and its convenient location. We apologized that the cleaners messed up their schedule for the first time in our six years of experience in short term rental. We have started another process so this will never happen again. Thank you for your understanding and we hope to host you again.
