Wooded acreage with creek- 10 minutes to town

Get ready for a relaxing Montana experience! Nestled in the quiet mountains just south of Kalispell, our 6 acre property boasts abundant wildlife, meandering Patrick Creek, and plenty of tranquility. Skiing and lake life are only a few miles away, not to mention hiking right off your back deck to 6000 acres of publicly accessible forest land. Drive a little further up Patrick Creek Road to some spectacular hiking with views overlooking Flathead Lake and the little town of Somers. After hiking, drive a quick 4.5 miles north to the Foys Lake Public Beach for a quick dip to cool off or enjoy a whole afternoon there with kids.

Our new construction one bedroom, one full bath apartment features vaulted ceilings, open concept, a fun double bed hideaway loft, queen living room sofa sleeper, king master, galley kitchen, granite dining table with seating for 6, a private deck with grill and Starlink high speed internet. Parking is available under a covered carport from which there is a flight of stairs up to the private entrance of the apartment.

Come and enjoy Glacier National Park and then soak up a quiet evening on the deck watching the horses graze! Crib and highchair accomodations can be made. We look forward to hosting you soon!

Very cozy little getaway

The place was very clean, the hosts where very nice and welcoming. My 3 yr old absolutely loved the horses on the property. Great kid friendly, quite little sanctuary. I would definitely stay here again!

The surroundings were so peaceful and quiet, removed from the city lights. The apartment itself was so clean and inviting and cozy. The location is close enough to the city for shopping and dining but far enough away to see the stars at night. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Amber's property and had a wonderful time. It is very close to downtown Kalispell (about 10 minutes), but is in the country enough to make you not realize you are near town. The unit itself is very nice, quiet, and clean. Amber was a fantastic host, and was very helpful in providing answers/suggestions to all of our questions. Would definitely stay there again if we were to return to Kalispell. Highly recommend!

AMAZING!

I had a great week. I loved the location - it was remote enough to be in the wilderness with the deer and close enough to great restaurants in Kalispell and White Fish (cute downtown shopping, dining, etc.). The property is beautiful, I loved the private back deck for coffee in the morning while listening to the chickens. Everything was very clean, quiet and just perfect! Thank you to hosts Amber and Scott for your helpfulness as well. (OH, and the puppies are an extra added bonus!). I'll definitely be back.

Weekend Stay with Children

This loft is super clean and new. Close enough to town but far enough away to feel away from it all. It was snowy when we were there but we had no issue getting to the unit (we are in a truck). Might be an issue if you are in bad weather with a car. Apartment is clean and functional; could be stocked a little more, there were only 4 coffee pods and one laundry pod. Plenty of pots, pans, etc for cooking and the owner provided a crock pot when asked:) Loft is not suitable for Young children but plenty of room to make for an easy stay!

Super clean, very thoughtful/useful amenities for my family (seriously, you can tell that the host has raised kiddos!) All around lovely, Amber was SO kind… My only comment is to clarify that the rental space is directly connected to owners home & over their double garage area, which was in use for vehicle repair while we were there. The noise didn’t bother us, but we would’ve preferred a separated structure for the rental space. {perhaps the ad actually did say that but I didn’t see it, my apologies} Again, super lovely but it was more of a home stay experience than what we were expecting. An escape from the day to day

Our host was the sweetest! She left us a jar of local jam, had coffee pods available, let us use their blaster hose to clean up, let us pet their puppies, offered tools for things we needed to do, and treated us special guests! The place was homey, and exactly as shown. Literally saw deer in the front and/or back yard every day, and the horses were friendly, coming to the fence for some petting time. Nothing bad to say! Nothing I would recommend to change. The internet/phone service was spotty, but this is off the beaten path, and to be expected. Love this family, and thankful they shared their apartment with us. A nicely appointed and well supplied property. Very comfortable, very quiet and rural. Nice deck for dining or sitting in the evening. Plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen for simple meal prep. Wildlife all around in the morning and evening (deer and turkeys). Good communication with host. An easy distance to town for dining or shopping, and an easy 45 minute drive to Glacier National Park. There are outside stairs to the upstairs unit, so be prepared to carry suitcases and groceries up, but we didn't find it inconvenient at all.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this cozy apartment just 10 minutes from downtown Kalispell! The location was perfect—close enough to town for easy access to restaurants, shops, and groceries, but far enough out to enjoy peace, quiet, and beautiful Montana surroundings.Amber was a great host, incredibly welcoming and respectful of our privacy, but also available if we needed anything. Montana Country Treasure

On a recent trip through ID and MT, our 3-night stay at Amber’s was pure joy! The space was exactly as described, clean, quiet, comfortable both inside and out! Amber is a sincere and caring Host not to mention just a delightful and talented business woman! The country setting was perfect after days of exploring the region to include Glacier NP, local State Parks, Kalispell, Whitefish and Columbia Falls. An easy drive to the country and relaxing views from the private deck! We would highly recommend staying here and capturing the feel of the real Montana!

What makes this property unique

We love this home. We appreciate the gorgeous creek and the dancing forest life. We enjoy raising a few animals and learning about God's creation, right from our backyard. It's just enough out of town to have space and views, yet close enough if you run out of marshmallows to roast! A couple of piglets, a few chickens, and a couple of Whoodle puppies makes it whole. The turkeys, deer, fox, and the occasional elk are worth the time on the back deck!
