The condo was very comfortable, it had all the things we needed. Easy walk to about everything you need. If you have trouble with stairs, which we do not, it may not be the place for you. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Telluride, a beautiful place!!!
Beautiful home, conveniently located, perfect for a family.

Cozy, homey atmosphere
The unit has a cozy, homey atmosphere. Very welcoming and warm. Conveniently close to town, grocery store, free gondola rides and ski rides. Can accommodate a large number of family members and plenty of available games to entertain guests.
Nice, well appointed condo just steps from lift 7. Location was perfect for us and sleeping arrangements worked out well also. One must note the loft has steep stairs and may not be suitable for older visitors and the only patio is located of the upstairs master, not a big deal for us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
turns out my bedroom was on third floor, had to acclimate quick.. and keep the ox handy...
great place , clean and we all liked it a lot.
we love Telluride and will stay here again easy..

This place was big and clean and well located. Check-in was super easy. One bedroom is on the ground floor and there seemed to be some noise nearby. Otherwise it was great.

Great accommodations and location
Good location close to grocery and not far from town. Bedroom and baths were great - clean, comfortable and updated. Lots of stairs a bit difficult with luggage but manageable. Main space was great - kitchen well equipped, family and and dining room very comfortable. Upper bedroom was hot (July) and had no AC. Fans helped but still warm. No private outdoor space - small deck overlooked cars/parking. Overall very very good would rent again.

Great Telluride rental
Multi-level condo was just as described on VRBO.
Great location, and the property was well maintained and has a single carport for parking. You'll have to sandwich two people into a queen bed to fit six.
The property was clean, well stocked in the kitchen, and plenty of sheets and blankets. The condo was clean, the WiFi worked as expected and there was plenty of room for skis and snowboards at the entrance.
The furniture is a bit dated, but functional.
All in all a great condo for a vacation with the family or friends.

This townhouse is a gem. 100 yards to a ski lift, 3 minute walk to a grocery store and a Happy Hour bar, and 5-10 minute walk to most restaurants, other shops, ski rentals & gondola. The owners clearly spend some time here, because the decorations, furniture and appliances are much higher end than most rentals. Lots of above average touches. Downsides: the king bed is *very* firm. My wife had to sleep on a twin in the loft. We rarely have had issues of other rentals being too firm, but some people clearly like beds that way, because it’s a high quality memory foam. Vacasa is such a pain to deal with too, that I try to avoid units that have them is a property manager. Overall, though, it’s one of the nicer rentals we have ever stayed in, and we really appreciated it.

Acceptable stay with difficulties
The unit was adequate for our stay at Telluride. However, there are some things to know. First, the loft beds are very warm, even at night. Next, the unit has no AC, which in summer means that afternoons and evenings can be uncomfortably hot. Thirdly, the unit requires navigating steep stairs, which some people may have difficulty with.
Beyond that, my specific experience had some difficulties. I got an email on the morning of my checkout with the door code; however, that code didn’t work, and I had to call Vacasa for the correct code. We also requested an extra fan, Vacasa said they would see if they could bring one to us, but there was never any follow up.

Telluride ski vacation
The condo is great. Very easy walk to the lifts. Also, not a bad walk into town. We watched the Super Bowl while here so it was important to have seating for 5 adults to watch the TV. Checked that box! Beds/sleeping arrangements very comfortable. That said, the rental agency (Vacasa), not so great. They are very inflexible. We arrived 45 mins early. They made us sit in the car, not willing to let us in a little early (the unit was clean and empty, they just have no process to accommodate any requests). For entry, you need a * after the code (they didn’t tell us that…much back and forth and reset code before we figured out). Only half roll paper towels, they don’t provide more, so buy some of if you’ll be there for a several days. No kitchen dish towels, but we used hand towels from bathroom, so figured that out. I will give the rental company credit, the ice maker wasn’t working and they did come in a leave a bag of ice in the freezer, so that was good. Overall the condo is in a great location and well equipped, you might need to be patient and flexible with the rental company, that’s the only reason for 4 stars, otherwise it’d be 5!

We appreciate your understanding of this policy and hope to host you again soon!
Lovely visit to Telluride, but mixed experience with this VRBO rental. First the positive. The location of this condo is ideal. Short walk to River Trail, the gondola, Clark’s Market, and all of the shops and restaurants in town. Spacious main living area and master bedroom. Other guests have pointed out that the décor is a bit dated. We also thought the beds needed to be updated. You sleep on foam pads in the two main rooms (a bit odd) and the two twin beds in the loft have thin mattresses with coils that are uncomfortable. Our experience with the management company, Vacasa, was unprofessional and frustraing. The customer service staff were friendly, but the local staff were completely unresponsive. I reached out via their 800# and message app. You’ll connect with someone in their corporate customer service (located out of state) who is responsive and polite, but they are unable to do anything to help you. They stated they would forward our request to a “local staff person” in Telluride. We tried four times to get someone locally to help us out during our five-day stay and never heard back from anyone. We were unable to access our parking spot which was blocked by a dumpster during major construction in the neighborhood. There were also numerous small repairs needed at the property that would have been easy to fix if Vacasa was doing their job.. Do not expect a local staff person from Vacasa to assist you during your stay at this property. You're on your own.

Will, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location of the condo and that it offered a convenient and spacious base for your time in Telluride. That said, we're very sorry the rest of your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with outdated beds, a lack of support from the local team, and issues like the blocked parking spot and needed repairs. Consistent, responsive communication is essential, and we regret that you felt unsupported during your stay. Your feedback has been shared with both our local operations and management teams to help ensure better follow-through and responsiveness in the future. We truly appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to improve.

Great location
Great location … enjoyed our short walk along the river into town. The king bed was very comfy. Shower/bath necessities were provided, which was nice. There were coffee filters, but no coffee, so make sure to bring that.

Spectacular place!
From the moment we walked in, we were absolutely in love! Bright, open, spacious, beautiful.
The unit was sparkling clean, excellent appliances and really well stocked kitchen, the rooms were comfy and cute.
The location is perfect— an easy walk right into town and to any hike.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience— we loved every minute!

Great location--however this condo is NOT big enough for 6 people. The loft is super scary to climb, the master bath is super hard to climb in and out of even to shower. The unit needs a major deep clean--Be prepared your washer/dryer is outside the unit and requires quarters---I would not stay here again unless it was just the 2 of us and the owners updated some of the furniture and cleaned the unit---the kitchen was updated and did have all we needed.

Nice redo of an old unit in West Willow. It is very convenient to Chair 7 and the west end of Telluride. We really enjoyed to open kitchen living area. Could use new mattresses and comforters.

Great location, value, nicely furnished. But would not recommend for long stays or young children
We liked the west end of town (less noisy than up valley, and town is small enough that you don't really need to be that near the gondola). The river is about 50 yards away, and cornet creek is behind the unit (fun for kids to play in).
The place is very nicely furnished -- comfy chairs, couch, big dining room table, nicely equipped kitchen. The unit has been recently renovated. Lots of windows and light.
The rates are very competitive.
The condo is one of a relative handful in Telluride that may take pets, which is very nice.
Two things you might want to know, especially if you're staying for a long time or you have a young family:
* the 3rd floor master is not closed off from the 2nd floor kitchen / living area (the loft above the master is open to the master and to the stairs down to the 2nd floor). Want to watch tv while someone is sleeping upstairs? Nope. Want to make a business call upstairs while people are downstairs? Nope. Want to make coffee in the morning while your wife sleeps in? Nope. Depending on your situation this may not be an issue, but it's good to know before you show up.
* The door into the downstairs bedroom does very little to isolate noise from the front door (gaps between frame and door, not helped by the fact that the doors and stairs squeak like crazy). So if you have kids who are anything close to light sleepers, you're probably not going in or out the front door after bedtime.
